To be honest with you, you really don't need the slipcover. It's just the exact same image as the cover, and both have the shiny effect. I still won't give mine up, but it's not really worth hunting down IMHO. It doesn't open up like a book, either; it's like the Nemo cover.
That said, you could just go into a store and take the slipcover off a copy of the DVD, put it in a bag, and nobody would care/notice. It's not like you'd be stealing the dvd. And since copies of it are normal with and without slipcovers, nobody would think too much of it.
Or you could call Disney and ask them for a slipcover. When a couple slipcovers of mine got scratched up I figured they probably wouldn't replace them, but what the heck, I may as well try anyway. And they did, for free. just the slipcover. It may depend on what operator you get though.
Good luck finding one, if you really want it.

SOFA KING... I've got your answer!
To get your Bugs Life slip cover involves a little stealth activity at your local video rental store, but it should be fine.
Go into your local Block Buster store, find the actual video/DVD of the Bugs Life movie. Take the slip cover out of the actual VHS/DVD case, hide it under your coat and walk out of the store. Drive to your nearest Kinkos, make a color copy of the slip cover, and the return the slip cover back to Block Busters. No harm no foul!
