Wanna know somethin' funny? The FBI listed Osama no.1 most wanted criminal in the world... but they never officially charged him with 9/11. He was wanted for involvement in bombing US embassies in Africa and the USS Cole, but not for 9/11...

Well how can you charge and have a trial for a dead guy anyway?

Well wouldn't matter anyway since he was already on their hit list as #1 to begin with by time 9/11 came. (/11 was like an added bonus for US and to give them a even more valid excuse to charge after the fucker.
