Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Four

It's really surprising that all their big guns are being saved for Phase Five but maybe they want audiences to wait to see Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and the Guardians again after a long absence in order to build them up. There'll be more hype after a several year absence than if in a year or two after Endgame, these characters would already be back. I applaud their marketing strategy then.

^Maybe you're right. If that's the reason, it does seem like a good marketing strategy.

I find it really interesting that they're saving almost all all their major sequels for Phase Five whereas Phase Four is filled with mostly new characters.

Doctor Strange's sequel and Wanda/Vision are my most looked forward to projects because both feature Wanda in lead roles. I'm glad she's getting a movie where she's the co-lead and not relegated to a supporting character.
