You'd be surprised. There's usually on average one Disney World employee busted for child porn every month.

Out of a employee base of 60,000, 12 a year (while being less preferable than 0) isn't that surprising.

Fact is, Disney does do background checks, but those checks are only for convictions only. And according to one child psychologist I talked to for a project, most pedophiles will have committed the crime as many as 200 times before they are CAUGHT. So yeah....200 counts of child porn...she was right. So scary and sad. I hope he didn't actually touch any of the children and I hope there is a way to find those kids in the pictures and video.
