In addition, there is a Best Buy exclusive set with four collectible insignia pins:

All versions will be released on November 17, 2009 in R1 and November 2, 2009 in R2. In addition, the R2 versions feature an Audio Descriptive Track, but the two-disc DVD won't feature the "Aliens" featurette as that's Blu-Ray exclusive (but it's on the R1 two-disc).
Trailers were classified, but not mentioned in the Press Release. For now, I'm adding it to the Blu-Ray specs.
I'm a bit upset that there's more for the Blu-Ray, but not surprised.
All in all, it's 10 main featurettes and 20 branching pods, making it 30 featurettes altogether (not including the deleted scenes and gag reel), as the "section" titles were actually featurettes in some cases. While quantity really shouldn't outweigh quality, it's nice to know we're getting six more than originally thought. Also, I'm glad that Paramount is *not* taking a page from some other studios and making certain deleted scenes Blu-Ray exclusives (Disney, I'm looking at you). I generally don't care for deleted scenes (they're deleted for a reason), but for Star Trek, I'll always make an exception.
