Question: Am I the only person that noticed Jack came back?

I noticed. Wanted to say something witty when I did (like "Good lord, you've finally come out of the closet that Just Myself locked you in!" or "So did you finally get rid of your clone?") but couldn't think of something witty enough and worthy of Jack. Plus, I wasn't really interested in the stuff he had on e-bay (sorry, Jack!)
Still...it was nice to have him back, however briefly.
IIRC, Jack started the UD forum awards, the UD movie/tv/music/book awards, the New DVD thread, and contributed the memorable Fake Press Release for Aladdin.

Jack, one of UD's earliest forum members and reviewers. He left abruptly in February 2005, came back for one post in May 2005 (to explain why), then disappeared until late December last year (wow, last year...even if it was just a few days ago) to say "Howdy" in the Trade Forum.pappington wrote:Jack Sparrow? I did notice someone called Jack somewhere in the forum, but I guess he doesn't post very often here.
I get a little worried when I find that some of the UD members don't post here anymore, yes it could mean that they've lost interest or... something else, which freaks me out. (I'm thinking of Prudence and Ariel's Prince)

He only got out 'cuz I let him out.... temporarily. He didn't break out, he couldn't. That closet's locked down harder than the Vault. Why do y'all think Disney won't release Song of the South? Because it's not in the vault, it's in my closet.Escapay wrote:Wanted to say something witty when I did (like "Good lord, you've finally come out of the closet that Just Myself locked you in!" or "So did you finally get rid of your clone?")
Well, Jack's never coming outta that closet now. I allow him one bathroom trip every three years and he decided to rebel and use the computer to hock his used junk when I let him out in '08. Now he's going back in for ten years before I let him out again.

Cheers,
JM

P.S. No one ever asks if I'm ever going to let orestes. out of the closet, so I'll just go ahead and make a statement on that. I'll have my agent schedule a press release.

Cheers,
JM

I PM'd Prudence a few months ago, and she said that she was busy with school and work...so hopefully when she's not as busy, she'll post here again!Jack Skellington wrote: I get a little worried when I find that some of the UD members don't post here anymore, yes it could mean that they've lost interest or... something else, which freaks me out.
