Disneymania 6 CD!

The new Disneymania 6 CD will be available on May, 20th 2008.
I will be picking this one up.

I hope they do not redo the SAME SONGS though! ughhhh!

So sick of that.

Come on Disney, make this rock!

I would also love a concert DVD too.

Somebody really needs to start protecting Disney from itself. These covers are destroying the classics.

Haven't they ever heard of leaving well enough alone?

It's scary to think they have to start butchering "The Monkey's Uncle" and "Candle on the Water" now because there running out of ideas. Have tweens today even seen the movies these songs come from?

I can count on one hand the number of even somewhat decent songs that have come from these cd's. I get them from the library and listen to every cd just to give it a chance.

Please disney...don't ruin any more classic songs!!!! I don't know how much more I can take!!!

On the plus side, yay for Jordan Pruitt- I love her voice. Yay Cheetah Girls. Yay Selena Gomez. Yay Drew Seeley. Yay Demi Lovato- she has a great voice, too.

There are 8 out of the 15 songs that have been done before; 5 (?) have been done 2 times before. I had to look up "My Strongest Suit"- it's from Aida. I'm interested in hearing KayCee Stroh's voice (she's Martha in HSM) for a full song.

Since Radio Disney plays one song each by them, Colbie Caillat (well, they're playing 2 songs by her now, I guess, but her new one got "kicked", not "picked"), Elliot Yamin, and Kate Voegele, I guess they wanted them for DM6.

And 2 "Hairspray" stars? Does Disney know that "Hairspray" isn't Disney? I'm just bitter because my favorite Disney stars aren't even on this volume. How sad. They would have sold a LOT more if Jonas Brothers and/or Miley were on here. That just BOGGLES my mind!!! I was really looking forward to a Corbin song (obviously), since his song on the last one has a poor arrangement, IMO (but he still sounds good...).

Anyhoo, this is big news, and I just wanted to share. I'm excited, but at the same time, I'm not. I'll probably just be downloading a few songs from here, just like I did the last time.

Wait a minute - "if I didn't have you" isn't that from the WB movie 'Quest For Camelot'? How can that be on a Disneymania cd?

Tracklisting stinks for this cd, they are already ruining songs from Enchanted. Didn't take them long.

Lizzie, there's a song in Monsters Inc during the ending credits, titled If I didn't have you sung by Mike and Sulley

Why are they including a new Disney song (Enchanted) I personaly can't see what they can do with that song, We all know that Selena Gomez has the best recording of Cruella De Vil, I'm defintly surpised that Plain White T's will show up on here along with my fav. Dumbo Song When I See An Elephant Fly, as for no shows from Miley, Jonas Bros, Vanessa, Corbin and Ashley *ticks his tongue* Shame on you Disney, shame on you for not including your money makers Thanks for postin the list Amy

Yeah,they already ruine Enchanted? leave That's How You Know alone,at least True Love Kiss is safe.
They had any Sleeping Beauty songs on those albums? and they really should stop those albums

Yeah, "If I Didn't Have You" is from Monsters, Inc., live everyone is saying. It plays during the end credits.

I'm really surpised that Plain White T's will be on this soundtrack, this is the 2nd-5th time that a popular band has appeared on D.Mania series. I'm takin P.W.T's with a grain of salt on When I see an Elphant fly.

I've seen MANY fake track listings for this so far so I will not comment until I see the songs and/or artists on a place like amazon or a Official Disney site.

Well, if the tracks are official, I'm looking forward to "That's How You Know" (hopefully they won't screw it up) and "Reflection." As for artists, Blonsky and Yamin will hopefully deliver (though I, personally, hate the songs they've been dealt).
