I recieved it yesterday evening and it appears to be in brand new condition - it's STILL SEALED - though I question whether it's been manually shrinkwrapped rather than factory sealed because I see no stickers or tags, etc...
I'd sell it for $35 US, *Shipping Included... or accept trade offers for multiple titles.
