Brothers and Sisters: Season 2 Discussion
Season 2 of this wonderful show begins next Sunday, September 30th, at 9PM Central.
ABC is showing the Brothers and Sisters: Family Album special, as I type. It's very interesting, because it has scenes from the first season, along with input from the wonderful actors. I hope you are all watching, as this is an excellent show!
This thread is the place to discuss Season 2. Keep in mind that spoilers are possible!

I am excited beyond words for this show! It has truly surpassed all expectations I had for it, and in my opinion was one of the top shows of last season. I've caught all the preview clips of ABC's on YouTube and I'm now 100% ready for the new season to arrive! I'm really curious to find out how they're gonna write Justin back into the show and how they're gonna play with that little cliffhanger regarding Saul.

It's on, and I am so excited!
Very cool....in the show, Kitty and Robert are in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I live just outside of Tulsa!
Anyway, back to the show!
Oh, my goodness! LOFL! The fight between Nora and Kitty at the dress shop! I love it! Sally Field is so freaking great in this role!
Kevin's boyfriend, Jason, is freaking hot! Too bad that the Bishop wants to send Jason to Malaysia for up to a year!

New episode airs tonight, right after a new Desperate Housewives!
I'm a little worried. I sure hope that Justin isn't dead.
I hope that others of you, here at UltimateDisney.com, are tuning in to this wonderful show. If you haven't watched it, you really should give it a try. It is one of the best shows on television.

Such an awesome episode. I loved it! I was so worried about Justin, and they certainly were playing it off, at first, as though he had died. I'm glad that he is alive. He is wounded, but, he's alive. It looks like he's going to have a tough time of it, and he's going to need to let his guard down, and let his family help him.
I am so mad at Joe. I can't believe that he's back with his ex-wife. I just can't stand the thought of Sarah and Joe getting a divorce.
I loved it when Kevin, Kitty and Nora were going to pick up Justin, and they were listening to that radio show. It was so funny that both Nora and Kevin picked up their phones to call in, but, Kitty wouldn't let them. Then, the guy finally pissed Kitty off, and she called in. That scene, with the three of them, was excellent.
This show has so much going for it. I really enjoy it, and it is now my top favorite. Don't get me wrong, Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy are right up there, but, Brothers and Sisters is at the top, for me. ABC has an excellent mix of shows, and I have to say I am impressed!

It's so sad what grief will do to a person. I've known a woman who lost her child right after birth, and it nearly tore their family apart. She later had a child, but, felt guilt over it, because the first child had died, and she was in a severe depression, even though she has this wonderful new child. She eventually got better, but, it took a long time.
This situation with Julia, and her blaming Tommy for William Jr's. death, is very sad, but, it does happen. I just feel that this is going to push Tommy away, and he'll end up doing something he'll regret.
Thank God that Justin has finally taken the pain medicine. I just hope he doesn't become dependent on them.
I really love this show! It doesn't portray life as this always happy, pleasant place. It feels very real, and shows the ups and downs of life.
Is it my imagination, or was Sarah not in this episode? Next week looks like it will be a great one, and much more lighthearted than this episode.

Anyhow, Rowlf_The_Dog recently brought this to my attention, about Chevy Chase appearing on Brothers and Sisters , and I wanted to post the news from TV.com:

Chevy Chase playing ex-husband on Brothers & Sisters; Seth Green gets laid up in Grey's Anatomy.
Two funnymen from decidedly different generations are taking a more serious acting turn. Former and semicurrent Saturday Night Live cast member Chevy Chase will be joining Brothers & Sisters, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum Seth Green will guest star on Grey's Anatomy, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
On the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters, Chase will play a former flame of Sally Field's character, Nora Holden. As Stan Hirsh, Nora's high-school boyfriend, the man who played Fletch will join a love triangle also involving a new character played by Danny Glover.
Chase gained fame on the golden years of Saturday Night Live, and went on to star in several respected comedies, including Caddyshack, Fletch, and National Lampoon's Vacation.
Seth Green will appear in a pair of episodes of Grey's Anatomy, ABC's hit medical drama. The actor will play a patient at Seattle Grace. Green is best known as the lycanthrope Daniel Osbourne in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and is also a cocreator of Robot Chicken, as well as the voice of Chris on Family Guy.

A new episode airs, tonight at 10/9 central!
Here's the summary from ABC.com:
http://abc.go.com/primetime/brothersandsisters/index
States of the Union
Episode Number: 27 Season Num: 2 First Aired: Sunday October 21, 2007 Prod Code: 204
The Walker siblings seek solace and distraction in dangerous places.
ABC.com also has a couple of video clips from the episode.
EDIT...Here is a better summary of the episode, tonight:
With Nora along for the ride, Kitty and Sarah's attempt at a spa escape quickly becomes an entangled mess. Meanwhile, Tommy crosses a dangerous line in search of companionship, Rebecca grows concerned with Justin's impossibly speedy recovery, and Kevin presses Saul to make a confession about his past.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So far, the season has been very good, although it's been a bit on the heavier side. It looks like the episode airing tonight will be much more lighthearted. Of course, the clip showing Kitty about to get into a cat fight looks hilarious. I can't wait!

Wow! Even though I agree with her, Holly has some nerve yelling at Tommy about having an affair. Some real nerve, but, yeah, Tommy better not cross the line!
Hmmm....well, judging from next weeks preview, it looks like Tommy may have already crossed the line.
Oh, Justin. Justin, Justin. He's on a dangerous road. It's so sad. The fallout of this is going to be bad. Nora is going to blame herself, big time.
It's too bad that Sarah and Joe are going to divorce. It's such a sad thing. I really didn't want Sarah and Joe to go down that road. I was hoping that they would work it out.
Great episode. Next week looks exciting. Kitty might be pregnant?!

The secretary (whoever she is) could easily sue them.
