Which one do you find the transformation more spiritual?

I guess the most 'spiritual' would be Brother Bear, because it's all to do with spirits
, but, I think the transformation in BATB is better, so I voted for that!

Disney Duster's Input
I didn't see Brother Bear, so I'm not voting, but I think you should put "The Beast's transformation in BatB or Kenai's transformation in Brother Bear" in the poll, because many people will probably not bother to read your post and just vote for which film they prefer, not the transformation they prefer.

Since I can't change the poll, I changed the topic nameDisney Duster wrote:I didn't see Brother Bear, so I'm not voting, but I think you should put "The Beast's transformation in BatB or Kenai's transformation in Brother Bear" in the poll, because many people will probably not bother to read your post and just vote for which film they prefer, not the transformation they prefer.

Neither. I pick the transformation scene in The Little Mermaid, Actually, there are alot of transformation scenes in Disney Movies, I'm going to order them in my favourite to least favourite.
1. Ariel becoming a human for the first time
2. The Evil Queen transforming into a witch

3. Ariel transforming into a Mermaid
4. Beast transforming into Prince Adam

5. Jafar becoming a Snake
6. Ariel becoming a human for the second time

7. Maleficent transforming into a Dragon
8. Jafar becoming a Genie

There is also Mufasa's transformation from cloud to a spirit when Simba see's him, if you want to count that. As well as Melody and Ariel's (human/mermaid) transformations in The Little Mermaid 2.
As for the Brother Bear transformation, well, I've never seen Brother Bear.

You forgot a transfomration scene!
OH NO. YOU DID NOT JUST SKIP OVER the transformation of Cinderella's torn dress into a ballgown.joshthesim26 wrote:Neither. It's actually known as Walt Disney's favorite piece of animation, and it's my favorite transformation scene of all.

But at the same time, this is mostly 'Spiritual Transformations' and her transformation is more like an outfit change
Still...the Fairy Godmother does use her magic for that transformation, so that makes it VERY spiritual...yeh, make Cinderella my new number 4!
Good Work Disney Duster
That's alright, I love taking screencaps anyway, its a great excuse for skipping to your favourite Disney Scenes! I agree, that screencap of the Evil Queen is enough to make me want to watch the entirety of Snow White (I just dislike the Dwarfs cleaning their hands scene)Enchantress wrote:Ace Josh, thanks for posting the screencaps, I forgot about all those. You forgot Ursula's two transformations (if you want to get technical). Three if you count her turning into a giant.joshthesim26 wrote:Neither. But I think BatB's transformation is much better than Brother Bear's. I'm not crazy about the animation in Brother Bear for some reason.

Listening to most often lately:
Christina Aguilera ~ "Cruz"
Sombr ~ "homewrecker"
Megan Moroney ~ "Beautiful Things"

.

Re: You forgot a transfomration scene!
Thank you! Both for telling me good work and for making Cinderella's transformation your number four! If you pay close attention to that scene, the magic is very complicated, not just a simple spiral, and there's a lot going on. The transformation also has the emotional impact of Cinderella's dream finally coming true. But if I really had to pick the best transformation scene ever...well, I think the Beast's is visually stunning, but Ariel's is the most powerful, I suppose. She's completely changing, and painfully so, all for her love!joshthesim26 wrote:...yeh, make Cinderella my new number 4!

Yea, well, there a a lot of transformation scenes, about three in Pinocchio(Jiminy Cricket's clothes, boys to donkeys, puppet to real boy). Maybe someone will make a transformation scene survivor game! I'd love to make it, but I don't know how to "close" the thing and keep track of the times. Do people just say it's closed when they realize the time is up?Enchantress wrote:Haha, maybe we should just start a 'list all the transformation's thread.
