I just want to get the Disney movies from the club that you can't get anywhere else. The Duck Tale's one and a new one Luke just posted. Do I still have to be joined up for a year or can I just buy the movies and cancel my account? I already own most of the DVDs on the list so it would be a waste of money for me.

The "list" you speak of is probably the list that comes up when you're not a member of the site. I remember there being many more movies once I signed up.

You can cancel as long as you fulfill your commitment which is 5 titles. So if you sign up, buy 5 titles at regular price, you can then cancel if you want.

There is no time limit for how long you have to be in the club, all you have to do is buy your commitment and then you can cancel. But after you have fulfilled your commitment you become a VIP and get special offers with nothing to buy.
