Howl's Moving Castle
Just so castleinthesky can pay!
Seriously though, it also unfairly got 2nd place on that All-Star Edition of Animated Movie Survivor, so it's played its fair share.
Even the biggest Miyazaki lovers admit it's not one of his best! In fact, it's not even the best animated film of 2005!
So, bye-bye Howl!
BTW Toad- You DO know you can deleate that other thread your accidentally created right?

Sin City
Excess violence that is not highly stylized (Kill Bill Vol. 1) or in the service of subversive texts (A History of Violence) can only be a detriment to society...
..and people wonder why there's so much violence in the world.

Ugh. Have you ever read Sin City, the graphic novels? They're among the greatest works of fiction of the last ten years! The movie was a masterpiece.Prince Eric wrote:Sin City

We're talking about movies and I don't care about graphic novels. I don't throw the word masterpiece around to any film that recieved mix reviews and recieved zero awards.Raydawggie wrote:Ugh. You're right, a great movie can have zero awards to its name, but it should have more than mixed reviews and a small audience following to be a masterpiece.DaveWadding wrote:Because every great movie has to win awards to be great...Prince Eric wrote:
