There's topics all over, look in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) you have to have 50 posts, and no fluff posts.

Basically, conversational posts which add nothing to discussion. Often, these are merely an attempt to get someone an avatar. But if that is the case, the member will usually be warned and then banned first.

A fluff post is a post which doesn't have much meaning, usually a post which doesn't contribute anything to the topic, or is just to allow you to reach a higher post count.

For example, a response which consists of 'no' 'yes' or somthing like ':('
