AHA! HE KNOWS!!!! Thank god.. I didn't want another "Oh no Ray! She's a star!" and then the character running away :-|
It sounds like he doesn't know. But if he does know, I wonder if he tries to doubt it to make himself feel ok. :(

I kinda liked the snow monster scene excerpted in the Disney Animated App. And I would actually say, all the frozen stuff is great.

It´s crystal clear Olaf does not know but a little part inside of him knows but he doesnt want to hear it. Like Ray. That´s what we call DENIAL.

Nope ! I've been thinking about it every-time I look at my Hans Christian book :embarrassed:

Glad you can see my point guys :)

I agree that if you love something you support it no matter what, but not at the expense of what has come before. I can see a lot of heads exploding on here when it actually gets released ....

The Disney UK website states that we get a November release; is this true ?! We always get the big Christmas release films in Feb . . . has this been pushed up for us due to it being a full on Winter film ?

In the japanese trailer they are being chased by the ice version, without the mane and the teeth. In the clip he has the ice mane and the teeth, but his hands are tree branches.
I just thought of this: Well, the clip was an animation test. They could have changed it this year. :)

Maybe Elsa creates two marshmallows? They destroy one and then she builds another or a guard in her castle?

Just hear the excitement in the crowd as he introduces Anna and Elsa to Disney Infinity.

Also see Anna and Elsa in the actual game near the end.

EDIT: Some Frozen news.

Steve Hulett wrote:I drove over to the hat building late in the day, where I got shown various scenes of Frozen that are in different phases of production. What I saw had a lot of ice, snow and late-afternoon light, and looked beautiful. I'm guessing that Frozen will do close to the grosses that Tangled ran up, since it pitches itself to a similar demographic, has music, songs and comedy, and got greenlit as a CG feature (after starting development as a hand-drawn feature) after Tangled did big numbers in the U.S. and elsewhere. ...

A supervisor asked how things are in the rest of the industry; I said employment is reasonably high but many of the gigs are shorter. He said:

"Well, I'm really glad that this place has finally worked up to one picture a year. It means more people are going to be working. They compressed the schedule on Frozen, but I think they'll stretch it out some for the next one. We've got six weeks left to go and everybody is working hard. There's lot left to do ..."

(The supe was referring to Disney's new announced slate of animated movies.)

There's a lot of visual effects artists in the division just now, several over from Sony Pictures Imageworks. One of them told me:

"Visual effects is in shambles. Rhythm and Hues did everything right. They survived every previous downturn but this last one still got them. ... What I like about working in animation is the director is right there, available to look at your shot and give you feedback. In live-action, you've got to stand in line and wait, you feel like a second-class citizen. Or like you're over sitting on the sidelines, but you shouldn't be."

Morale is pretty good, even though everyone is into six-day weeks. Even the on-call artists are getting paid for their Saturdays. But as one staffer (another viz effx person) said: "Hey, we're working sixty-hour weeks. but it's not the usual 100 hours you get during live-action crunch time, so it feels like a holiday, you know?" ...

The movie releases in cinemas in my country in January ¬¬ and I'm not even watching it that month because I want to watch with the original voices, not with the Spanish dub in cinemas. So I'll think I'll have to wait to the HDTV or iTunes release, or even the DVD, Blu-Ray releasem and that's killing me rotfl I'll have to avoid spoilers until next year February/March.

What I'm sure about is I won't go in tumblr after november 27th. Any gif can spoil the movie :P
However I may be watching the movie when it's actually released in January in my country if I'm asked to go with my sisters or something, but It won't be the same without Idina's voice (Maybe they have mercy and just dub the spoken part and they sub the songs, which I'm sure they won't do since it's a kids movie.)
I think Ralph was already on iTunes since January/Frebruary, wasn't it? What I know is I'll be dying in december

And the storybook CD. My goodness I'll have to avoid a lot of spoilers

Isn't there a movie theater around you that has the movie in English? Usually there is one that does. You know,,, for tourists and others.

As for me, as soon as I watch it and if I want to discuss it, my post will be completely covered in . Unless we're allowed to start a new thread for those who have seen it and want to discuss it. Trust me, I know how it feels.

In my country we celebrate Eid after a month of fasting (Ramadan). Ramadan usually falls when blockbusters come out in the US, and since not many people go to the movies in this religious month, they delay all the good movies till Eid. Sometimes they even delay them by 2 months!

This year I had to wait for Despicable Me 2, while all my friends in the US spoiled it for me. Last year I had to wait for The Dark Knight Rises (which was bad) and BRAVE... You cannot imagine how it was with Brave... I payed a friend to go to the movie and detail the movie for me and then tell me exactly what happens in it. But at least we get our movies in English, with the exception of Lilo and Stitch... for some reason that was Arabic..

But yeah, I'll try my best to spoil it for you and all the other Euro fans and sorry If I rambled for so long :D

Found this on Disney's wiki page of abandoned theme park projects. . . do you think it could see the light of day with a slight re-theme to Frozen ?

The Enchanted Snow Palace: A dark ride that was planned for Fantasyland at Disneyland. Marc Davis was instrumental in its design. It was designed as a boat ride on a river of melting ice, past naturalistic scenes of Arctic wildlife, beneath a display of the Northern Lights, and into the realm of the Snow Queen, a fantastical land populated by frost fairies and snow giants. Although eventually scrapped, extensive concept art still exists for this attraction.

:o :o :o

Oh my gosh, yeah. We're both calling it: It will happen. If Disney wants to do something from Frozen at the parks, here's the answer! Just keep the boat ride, wildlife (???), and the Northern Lights, and put the movie in it and here you go! In fact, i wonder if WDAS took elements from that ride for the movie.

BTW: What if in the 2-Disc Frozen soundtrack, it’s just the confirmed 6 songs and the rest are sing-along tracks?

I would not be okay because I’m getting that since Pocahontas had 2 discs, we’re getting lots of songs and it would be like Disney was trolling us :glare:

Honestly: Seriously, since Frozen has 2 CDs, I will heighten my expectations a little bit. Because really, the last 4 musicals (Enchanted, PATF, Tangled, WTP) had more or less than the confirmed 6 songs and they had a great chunk of the score, and they had 1 Disc with Pocahontas had 11 songs and 2 discs.

If the first disc is just the 6 songs and the second disc is ALL (Not a few, but ALL) of the score (which is the impression I’m getting with no Hans or the Duke songs so far) or the first disc will be the 6 songs and just sing alongs or/and bonuses or the first part of the score, I’ll be really mad.

That would definitely depend on how well the movie does. I would think they'd do something a bit smaller in all honesty. Something temporary, like Showboat was for Tiana. Or a pre-parade like Giselle got. In my opinion, they should have Elsa do the Christmas Castle lighting this year instead of Cinderella. She could turn it to ice very easily. ;)

Yes think you are absolutely right in the attraction being made based off its success; but interesting that they have all this there and ready, and by Marc Davis no less!

It's taken until now for Tangled to have a proper presence in the parks though to be fair, so will take a good few years at least (if its successful obviously too).

Actually yes, there are a few, but almost nobody goes to watch it in English since it's "a kids movie", so the English version doesn't last so much. Also, the last time I've seen in a website that the english version of Monsters University was only available late in the night. And a few days later only the Spanish version was available.
Another reason is I have nobody to go with except maybe just ONE of my friends, but as I said, the showtime is a problem, even if the movie is displayed in English. I actually could go watch the movie with my sisters in Spanish to calm myself down a little bit. I'll see how everything goes in January. Meanwhile, tag every spoiler so at least I can come in here and see what you thought about the movie and maybe view some pictures and stuff.
