I'm so glad to hear all of these wonderful comments on TS3!! I am very, very intrigued just how "dark and scary" it gets, though. Hmm... What could possibly be going on in the last half hour!? Oh well, I know I'll be weeping buckets!

Not that I even needed any convincing, but gosh I can't wait for the summer now! I am also extremely jealous of those that got to see the film early...although, I don't know if 1 time would be enough. I feel like when I see it, I am going to want to turn right back around and watch it again!

You know what I was thinking about at work today?

If, for whatever reason, Buzz and Woody don't end up being able to stay together at the end of Toy Story 3... it's gonna be really depressing. Like, I'll probably be depressed for months after seeing it. [/slight exaggeration, but it'll still be really sad]
But the thing that makes Woody special, is he'll never give up on you... ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what.

That would be extremely sad because since we've had the happy ending in Toy Story 2 for years now.

Another sad ending would be if all the toys sacrificed themselves to get Woody back to Andy.

Their not going to separate, their just not. its not a spoiler, I haven't seen it, but I still guarantee you guys that's not something they would do.

And from the impressions Ive read, it ends just the way you would want it to. What that means, we'll have to wait and see. but one things for sure, we wouldn't want them separated.

At least Kyle's optimistic! :)

The films motto: No toy gets left behind means a lot more in a scary way than back when they first released the movie poster.

The textures on the models look fantastic, I can't wait to see it on Blu-ray. (Much less in theaters! :P)

I wonder if there's gonna be any budding romance between Buzz and Jessie..... :float:

Apparently, Dolly is a sarcastic character.

Well, they hint at that at the end of Toy Story 2. Although, at that time, the thought of making Toy Story 3 probably didn't cross their mind (or did it...? Hhm...).

Well, Stinky Pete DID say he could get those Barbie dolls a part in Toy Story 3 in the outtakes xD

But then, it probably was an outtake, so it doesn't really count. For all we know, however, there may be other Barbies, too, besides just the one in the trailer.

I am sure when we watch the new movie, we will look back and easily see the clues..like you mentioned. Until then, it is fun to just guess and anxiously await the story unfold!

I don't know if you guys followed Lee Unkrich's Twitter page, but he's finished the last shot on Toy Story 3 this past Thursday and recorded the commentary track for it yesterday. I guess Disney and Pixar really want to load up their bonus materials three months before the movie comes out...

I'm pretty impressed that Pixar and Disney finished the film with three months to spare (well, they need that time to pimp the film out and promote it heavily). So they've finished the film and are probably going through slight editorial tweaks and sound mixing...
