Another new avatar in my series of classic Live Action Disney Films.

One of my all time favorites Summer Magic.

I don't think Ariel and Triton is the heart of the movie. I think the heart of the movie is Ariel getting her dream of Eric and the human world. Brave is a movie where the heart is the parent and child relationship.

But you don't have an avatar right now. I remember, about 6 years ago you had one of what looked like a smiling, ginger-haired, middle-aged lady. Was it you in the avatar?

My new avatar is from another of my favorite Classic Disney Live Action films.

No Deposit, No Return.

Although it has never been considered one of the greats I have always found it hilarious, Darrin McGavin and Don Knotts were perfect together. As well as the ever adorable Kim Richards and Brad Savage. The beautiful Barbara Feldon who played the children's mother described this film in an interview from a few years back as "a dreadful film at Disney I would prefer to forget."

My new avatar is from the Disney MFTV film Smoke.

A great yet underrated coming of age film from Disney. Ronny Howard nailed it.

No, Scaps, it wasn't that one.

I remember you showed me the Bree avatar in another thread, though, when we were discussing older avatars, a long time ago. When I joined in March 2006 you already had your Gromit identity.

Decided I wanted to make a kind of retro 60sesque Disney Avatar:

Started out with this:

Tweaked it a bit and came up with this:

My avatar is from the Kingdom Hearts Trailer. It's a shot of Sora. I can't wait to play it.

My current avatar and banner were made from my little pregnancy announcement.

Image

I did some quick blinking animation on the avatar and some panning for the banner.

I briefly switched out to a drawing I did of Ariel as a pirate . . .

And now I have a drawing I had originally made for an anniversary card:

My new avatar is probably of one of my most precious Disney items I own period. Many here know that 10 years ago I had the honor of Meeting Roy E. Disney thanks to a Make a Wish trip and that I visited the Disney lot, saw the vault itself etc.

Roy presented me with a book called The Art of Walt Disney by Christopher Finch and Roy signed it for me. This avatar contains that signature. For a bigger view click the link below. I don't think anyone on here has seen the actual signature.

My new avatar is from one of my all time favorite Disney films The underrated classic One of our Dinosaurs is Missing.

Little bit of tweaking came up with this:

Fabulous image of Helen Hayes in a rare comic outing.
