Best Buy does that so you'll have to check up on UPCOMING RELEASES to make sure you're not buying the single disc/crap version.Alice wrote:how is the new CE??RJKD23 wrote:Spaceballs CE.
I have the original DVD.........
---
Irony: I bought the Fifth Elelment and Spaceballs for 10 bucks at Best buy just a couple of months before their Special New Edition release........
As for the CE of Spaceballs, I haven't gotten around to the bonus features...yet.

Ghost World is awesomely underrated.PublicEnemy#1 wrote:Nope.Zoltack wrote:Well they were trying to get Pedro to become class president, that counts as a plot. Or does it?Haha, just kidding. Napoleon Dynamite is a really overrated piece of crap, I don't get the whole hype. If you want an excellent quirky film that actually has character development, check out Ghost World.

Double yay!PMcOuntry wrote:We watched Phantom of the Opera SE last night, it was GREAT!

I took out 5 DVDs off my shelves to watch over the week to cheer me up from the shallowness of school... (Phantom of the Opera, Spirited Away, Eternal Sunshine, Jackie Brown, Moulin Rouge) Yay.

The Day After Tomorrow
I rented it from Rogers Video and I actually liked it. The special effects were done well.

That's what I'm watching tonight.PMcOuntry wrote:In Good Company

It had a "good" message, but other than that, I found it very slow, dull, and rather dumb.
IMO, others might like it though.
AAAAAAAAAnyway, I watched Life Aquatic last night and I finished the Elvis movie that was on TV tonight (2 parter)
Elvis on CBS
It was pretty good, although I don't think the guy looked anything like Elvis in the 1st half, he looked a lot more like him in the 2nd half. I'm not sure how accurate it was, I saw another movie long time ago where he met Priscilla in his hometown or something... It really did show us how The Colonel really controlled Elvis, so he never got to tour Europe, which he should have. I've never been a "fan" of Elvis, I like some of his stuff, and he had a great voice, but bio's always intrigue me.
