BOOOOO to Luke and Just Myself. Both of which rank Darth Maul and Jar Jar Binks higher than General Grevious and the transformation of Darth Vader. How could you guys do such a thing?
Almost as embarrassing as my Dad ranking Empire in 6th place.
1. Star Wars(A New Hope) 10/10
2. Revenge of the Sith 10/10
3. The Empire Strikes Back 10/10
4. Return of the Jedi 8/10
5. Attack of the Clones 7/10
6. The Phantom Menace 4/10
My rankings have surprisingly not changed a bit, nor have my detailed opinions on them, with maybe the exception of RotJ, which is cool in places, unfortunately, the Ewoks get worse the more you see that movie.

I haven't had a 6-movies marathon yet, though I did have a 3-movie marathon with each trilogy last year. I think my new ranking goes something like this, though it's a very difficult thing to nail down and feel decided upon...
1. Revenge of the Sith
2. The Empire Strikes Back
3. Return of the Jedi
4. A New Hope
5. Attack of the Clones
6. The Phantom Menace

Wow...I almost couldn't believe it when I saw this thread back again. Anyway, my rankings still remain, but I'll give some further explination this time:
1. Revenge of the Sith- When I first saw this in theaters, I was completely blow away, and I thought the film had few faults. After re-watching it several times, I have come to see its faults, but I still think it is the best. The story and all of the raging battels finally come to their (first) climax. The acting is far above 1 and 2 (lead by now-tony winner Ian McDiarmid). And the fights and special effects are far above the other 5.
2. Return of the Jedi- The second, and ultimate, climax. Most put this as their least favorite among the OT, but I never will. I think the final scene between Vader, Palpatine, and Luke could possibly be the best of the series (though Yoda and Palpatine could beat it).
3. The Empire Strikes Back- One of darkest films of the series (I would say darkest second only to Sith) and one of the best. "No, I am your father" is still one of the biggest movie shockers of all time, even though the PT kinda ruins that. But if one watches the series all the way through, the effect now is more enjoying watching the characters find out and seeing their reactions.
4. A New Hope - The first Star Wars ever made, and some say the best. But, I think the film is somewhat slow and drags in several places. The ending battle of Yavin gets longer and longer upon repeated viewings. Lucas seemed to have learned that shorter is more exciting. But even though I say this, the film never fails in those certain moments to get your heart racing.
5. Attack of the Clones - I have learned to appreciate this film through its faults. Sure, the dialouge is horrendous, but it does have its moments. Actors like Ewan McGregor, Christopher Lee, and Ian McDiarmid make this film for me. I remember chuckling at the Yoda fight when I first saw it, but now when I watch it more closely, I can see the subtle moves and facial expressions that the animators put into the digital Yoda. Plus, I love the last half hour.
6. The Phantom Menace- Even though I think this is the worst of the 6, I still think it is a superb film. Laim Neeson and (again) Ian McDiarmid are wonderful. And even though I think Natalie Portman's voice-over is kinda creepy, I still enjoy it. The duel of the fates clearly shows what can happen when coreographers (sp?) really bust their humps creating a truly spectacular fight (even if the villain is somewhat flat (but cool-looking nonetheless)).

Just for kicks......I rewatched all of these again the past two days, and I think when you watch them in order they really show their strengths - and weaknesses. Here's my order of popularity:
The Empire Strikes Back
Revenge of the Sith
A New Hope
Return of the Jedi
Attack of the Clones
The Phantom Menace
I do find, however, if you watch them in order, they work really good, and I prefer to see them that way.

Timon/Pumbaa fan my Dad ranks Empire very low as well. I used to like Empire the least, but as I have gotten older its become my favorite. Although Jedi is a very close 2nd.

I just saw all the 6 Star Wars film for the first time (aside from the first one, i.e episode 4, which I just saw for a second time) this weekend. As many know, I hate to rank things, but here goes:
1. The Empire Strikes Back
2 and 3. A New Hope/Return of the Jedi
4 and 5. The Phantom Menace/Revenge of the Sith
6. Attack of the Clones
See? I can't even properly break ties.
