Got my Up pin today, and I'm pretty disappointed because they sent me a messed up one! The part with the Grape Soda image is placed so off center that it hangs off the edge on one side and leaves the meta base bare on part of the other side. In other words, it ruined the effect of looking like a bottle cap. Harumph. After this and my damaged D23 magazine, I think I will stick with DVDs from DMR from now on. I've gotten many of those and only one came in questionable condition (Fighting Prince of Donegal; it had scuffs/scratches visible on the disc, though it still played okay).

Too bad. Mine only had the little thing broken in the back so it always stays loose. My other redeems have been relatively problem-free.

They're sending me a relpacement pin. Unfortunately, not everyone was being sent the B-day email in July, so I have to wait for that. I'm gonna subscribe.

Hmmmm...... I'm torn between getting the WALL-E flashdrive now, or saving up more points for other things (like the Mary Poppins sculpture, or the giant plushes... I was considering the WALL-E Replica, until I found out it was cardboard. Seriously? By the way, Neal, have you ever gotten to using your Up Adventure Kit? I'm still thinking about that.

I got my birthday Blu Ray Offer on Monday. I'll post here when it arrives.

And of course I ordered Enchanted. Though I doubt they'll give me points for it because I already had the DVD "registered" but wanted the Blu Ray for the Disney-Files feature.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

I'm pretty sure I got points from both the DVD and Blu-ray versions of "Sleeping Beauty" and when I stole the HSM3 codes from a friend who didn't want them.

Add the WALL-E big (900 pts.) and small ($3.75) posters to that list.

You can double-dip a title as long as it's not the same format. I did it when I got my Meet The Robinsons blu-ray from this offer (having won a copy of the DVD and entered its code two years before).

How did you manage that? Did you call them? I wonder if I could get a replacement.

I got that email too. Did you notice the thing in the right hand bottom corner under the "I heart DMR shirt"? It says something coming February 9th......maybe a bonus points day?

I've got to imagine the "I heart DMR" is either a bunch of new prizes (as the program was just extended) or contest. I am really hopping for some park merchandise as right now all they have is the music cd from Disneyland's 50th anniversary.

you're probably right about new prizes. I just opened my blu ray packages of Sleeping Beauty and Enchanted, but won't enter the points until a double points day.

I, for one, would like to see some nice writing instruments and stationery offered as a prize. A really nice pen and some nice writing paper. I know it sounds silly. I collect Disney Pens (got a nice one during my trip to WDW last May and I've gotten two from eBay that were sold in Disney Stores at one time (wish they'd bring those back, I'd go to the 4 hours away Disney Store to get a Beauty and the Beast Pen)

My first thought when I saw the Feb 9 advert was new prizes too, rather than another Double Points Day. What good is announcing one on the day of? Plus they like to give more advance notice than that.

Not that I couldn't use another one, after they imposed that three code limit last time. Wouldn't be an issue if they had them regularly, but I suspect we're not going to see another one until year-end.

Here's hoping for more "Pixie Dust" level prizes. There's not much to choose from between 5K and 9K right now... ;)

Got an email to enter a Disney contest for Alice In Wonderland. When I entered it gave me a code but apparently it isn't programmed in yet. It's only 9 digits (whereas all other DMR codes are 11 or 12) & it seems to be universal since another family member entered and got the same code. It's supposed to be good for 50 points. It's good through 3-8-10. Code is HT6G7K3XW. Hope they get it working soon.
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

I had the same issue. I wonder if we're in for another advent calendar situation.
