But I have to get a haircut... it's way too long and I don't really like it. *g*

Thought I would come back here and revive this thread again. I went to a friend's birthday party tonight, and one of my friend's took these two pics of me and emailed them to me. I think it's probably one of the best pictures of myself, lol. And yes, I am wearing some makeup since I was performing there too.

OK; this first one was used for my profile page on the Coast FM website, back when I hosted the "Show Business" program:

This second photo was taken during rehearsals for "Oliver!" in 2005; I was the assistant director and also filled a couple of cameo roles in the show. My hair looks really crap here IMO:

Aww, thank you. And that necklace is one of my favorites. I usually alternate between that and my Apollo coin necklace.PeterPanFan wrote:Aww!" Like the necklace, too.

and yet you still look cute Tim, or Howard or whatever your real name is.
And yep it is Tim. Although Albert calls me Howard for some reason, which I'm still slightly confused about.

It's from a thread (I forget which) where Mike was saying how he wanted to come up with a nickname for you but couldn't think of one. So I suggested a few, then said something like "or just do something totally unrelated like Howard". Then I realized I liked that nickname, so I called dibs on it and the rest is history.

Well, the makeup itself isn't scary (it's no Lon Chaney or Rick Baker work) but I'm not used to seeing, well guys with that kind of makeup on. I think you look better without it.PrincePhillipFan wrote:
Aww, thank you. But why is it so scary? Other than the fact it looks really bad and smudged since I was tired and sweaty from dancing all night.

As for your name, I'm glad it's Tim, since Howard isn't all that great. Then again my name is laking in awesomeness. Maybe one day UD will learn it.

How did that performance go, if you don't mind me asking? My drama class back in high school was originally thinking of Oliver! for one of its choices, but we decided to go with performing South Pacific that year.Cordy Biddle wrote:This second photo was taken during rehearsals for "Oliver!" in 2005; I was the assistant director and also filled a couple of cameo roles in the show.

That show went pretty well, but I had more fun two years later performing in "Anything Goes" and this year in "Thoroughly Modern Millie". Doing assistant directing jobs helps you stay fresh and allows you the opportunity of really shaping and guiding a piece in a way you can't totally do as an actor; but I guess I'll always love performing in a show just a little bit more.Cordy Biddle wrote:
