Hello everyone. This is actually my first time posting here although I've been visting the site for over a year now. Neal I ordered the Bolt set as well, since December. When I called to inquire why I hadn't received it, they told me they hadn't gotten the shipment yet. So, I guess they will ship them out to us as soon as they get them.

I had that problem with my 101 Dalmatians DVD. I contacted them through a form on the DMR site, and I received an email with instructions. In all honesty, though, I still haven't done anything about it But, the email from Disney says:Simba3 wrote: I know they haven't been entered yet because I just got them. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
If you are still having problems please forward the error message you are receiving when entering the code in addition to:

But, thanks to you, I am going to not be lazy and am going to the library to photocopy my code sheet and will send everything in the mail today!

I had the same problem with Ratatouille, but sicne I got that for christmas, I just decided to let it go. Got it with the blu-ray, at least.my chicken is infected wrote:My Polly DVDs came today, but the DVD of Polly is missing the code, while the DVD of Polly: Comin' Home had it. And I looked up what to do on the site's FAQ, but it gave me a "Page not found" error when I clicked the "Missing Codes" link. :

When I went to go order them the very first day, it only allowed me to order the plushes or the helmets, but not both (though I had enough qualifying purchases to get both). I sent an email to customer service and they said that they were sold out... that must have been very fast since it was only the first day.disneyboy20022 wrote:Space Buddies w/Helmets are now for the time being sold out...buffalobill wrote:Space Buddies Plushes w/Helmets arrived. I also had a similar problem with getting the complete set of coins. I had purchased Prince Caspian the very first day... went to order the coin to make it the complete set... and it said that it was SOLD OUT... ON THE FIRST DAY! They had plenty of the other coins, but were sold out of the final one on the first day it was offered!
It's more fun when we're number 1!

Points For Titles Missing Codes
Do all Disney movies purchased qualify for Disney Movie Rewards points?
Please visit our Eligible Movies page for the listing of releases that qualify for Disney Movie Rewards points.
Why do I have to mail in my original receipt and proof of purchase?
Your receipt and proof of purchase serve as a confirmation that the eligible movie was purchased by you during the eligibility period. This allows us to verify that you qualify to receive Disney Movie Rewards points.
How long after I mail my credit form, receipt and proof of purchase will I have points credited to my account?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for standard mail delivery and processing. A confirmation email will be sent once your submission has been processed. If your email indicates that your submission has been accepted, your points will be credited immediately. If your submission is rejected, please follow the instructions in your rejection email or contact Disney Movie Rewards customer service at 866-246-8646.
Why would my submission be rejected?
Your submission may be rejected for any of the following reasons: (1) your form and/or receipt were not included in your envelope, (2) the receipt are from a non-eligible title or (3) you already received Disney Movie Rewards points for that specific title.
You could try calling the phone number listed above, or their address is:
Disney Movie Rewards
(but I don't know who the Attn. would go to, so you may want to research that)

What do you think of the new (albeit optional) DMR asking where you purchased your dvds? I don't trust it & see it as another way for them to try to find a way to cancel any account they can so they don't have to ship rewards after making sales.
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

Doesn't that kill the whole purpose, though? I'm certain they realize that they have to stick to their promises to make such sales.buffalobill wrote:What do you think of the new (albeit optional) DMR asking where you purchased your dvds? Go to DMR. Click on blu ray tab at the top. Click skip intro on the tv screen. Then click "play all" in the upper left corner & watch the entire blu ray promo video (about 9-10 minutes)) & you will be rewarded with 100 free points.
