Why would that happen?

I was in a dorm and got there with zero movies, and during that year I ended up buying like 30 + movies, and I also had my laptop and GC there... and I was never worried about that happening to me.

In fact, it never happened anything. And I had a big group of friends back there that knew my hobbies and used to watch movies; I'm talking about more than 10 friends.

To tell you more, when I went back home for Christmas, I loaned to my friends that were staying to one my GC and all my games and other all my movies... and I got them all back safely.

You just need to know how to handle things.

Or get trusted roommates. Even though I don't live in a dorm I had a crummy roommate recently. I had to lock my door because I feared he would walk off with a DVD since he had done that with my friend's copy of 'Dumbo'.
I would reluctantly let him borrow movies and the day he had to move out I had to go through his stuff and reclaim anything I was missing since he would borrow something and hope I would forget.

I have a hard time trusting people even friends since growing up every single friend I had used to steal from me.

In the opposite direction people don't trust me for some reason. I would never steal a DVD but people act like I would. Whatever I don't need their crappy DVDs.

Oh, I said I would and I will..post RJKD23's DISNEY DVD Collection:

Image
Missing from the picture:
- Mickey, Goofy, Donald: Three Musketeers
- Mr. Magoo
- WTP: Springtime with Roo
(and Incredibles is in the Tin, next to Ice Princess)
(and yes, I know I grouped all the Muppets together because I can't stand them being separate! :p)

And Mr. Turtle protects the DVDs. 8) If he moved, then I know someone aside from us, touched those DVDs.

Image
And this is one section of the DVD Case that holds Muppets TV along with Audrey Hepburn DVDs! whee!

Out of the whole DVD Case, Disney + Audrey Hepburn + OOP items, boxsets, TV Shows are Totally untouchable. :x

Oh, and as a reference: here's our DVD collection from DVDAf. <--needs to be fixed because some DVDs are in folders where they don't belong! :(
Click wherever you want to go. :)

Your collection is so nice. By the way, where did you get your shelf for your DVDs? It's really nice and looks neat because of how the width isn't so wide.

The better question is, why didn't she include herself in the pictures like MMP did.

Anyways GREAT collection Krystal, however why do you keep your copy of "The Incredibles" in a tin?

To keep all its incredibleness from escaping? Didn't you know that cheap tin is the one thing that isn't effected by their superpowers? So if they tried to escape from the DVD, the best way to keep them in is to put them in a cheap WDT tin. I thought everyone knew that! :P

From Best Buy...Each shelf is adjustable (that's why Mr. Turtle could fit) because it can hold CDs/DVDs/books...whichever you prefer.
It can be viewed here but priced much cheaper with a BB discount.

It stated Disney collection. ;) And if I posted my picture, it would ruin the mystery of RJKD23. :p

The tin was the exclusive tin released in Canada, that's why the DVD's in there.

How do you post pictures on this site?

Post by ultimatefilmfan »

I have tried posting pictures on other boards and have never been able to get them to work. Do I just copy and paste or do I need to use a special program or something?

I have over 4000 movies, including a massive Disney collection that I wanted to post. Let me know how to get them to work.

This is a great thread by the way!

I use http://www.imageshack.us/ to host my pictures, then you can insert the picture using the 'Img' button when you make a post. I hope that made sense  .

Nice collection Krystal! especially like Mr.Turtle, he's doing a sound job looking after your dvds :P .

Awesome. Thanks RJKD23. I think I'll add the shelf to my Christmas wish-list. Now my DVDs can be on a shelf rather than the floor. :D

Okay I think I have it figured out now.

These pictures are very outdated, they were taken over a year ago. I will take some new bigger more clear photos of my Disney collection and post them tomorrow.

The Full-Length Animated Feature films and Disney Treasures are on top of the TV and others are next to speakers.

Awesome collections, RJKD23 and ultimatefilmfan. I envy them both.

What an awesome selection of Disney DVDs you have, Krystal! Mine isn't even 1/3 as big...

Ultimatefilmfan, I can't see any of the actual DVDs in your collection, but it sure is friggin' huge! I wish I had a room like that. Posters, DVDs, and that couch looks comfortable!

I might post my collection somewhere at some time in some manner......... so, yeah.

Oh, and welcome to the forums, ultimatefilmfan!
