Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
I've always wondered in regards to rewards on the DMR site why they never offer a voucher for a one-day admission to any of their parks? I know they have tours that you can redeem for points, but I would really think they could offer a voucher for a one-day admission to the park. It could be a reward where it's a 2015 park voucher, good for only one person and like for California, you get your choice of either DCA or Disneyland. I'm sure it would be up there in regards to how many points you have to redeem.
I have 24000 pts and don't have any clue what to use them on. I have every blu-ray they offer, at least of the ones I want.

I find you pompous, judgemental, and completely self-absorbed.........would you be my friend?

I'm surprised that they haven't added a way to get points for trips to the parks, like something similar to their ticket stub confirmation with visits, or a slew of points for annual pass holders.

I'd love to see digital copies as a reward. There are a number of DVDs/BluRays they offer where I already have the DVD or Blu Ray but wouldn't mind also having a digital copy. I just don't want the digital copy so badly that I'd spend the 9.99 for SD or 17.99 for HD (the Pirates 2 and 3, for example).

I just ordered the Guardians of the Galaxy mini poster, but I wonder when this one will show up as a prize? Probably towards May 1. I was impressed with the big Guardians poster, didn't think it was two-sided, so posters from DMR are actually a good deal.

I agree completely! I just got the Apple TV and it allows me to use my digital copies because my iTunes account is connected with my Disney Movies Anywhere. (Love it so far!)RyGuy wrote:I'd love to see digital copies as a reward. I think Disney should allow us to even get a discount for titles we already own on Blu-ray, not so much DVD, so we do not have to rebuy the movies once again for the full retail price. Some HD digital copy movies are $17.99 with bonus features and some are the normal $19.99. I think that isn't fair if we already own the Blu-rays. IMO
I think we should be able to put in our movie codes for our Blu-ray discs, and then we would be able to get the Digital Copy for around $4.99 or even $5.99 I would pay. (Even movies in the vault since we already own the physical disc.)
What do you guys think?

I agree. They used to do that with Disney Movies Online, and I picked up digital copies of Aladdin and Pinocchio way back in the day, which they transferred to DMA. I wish I'd had the foresight to have picked up Snow White, Beauty and the Beast and both Fantasias . . .Matt wrote:I think Disney should allow us to even get a discount for titles we already own on Blu-ray, not so much DVD, so we do not have to rebuy the movies once again for the full retail price. @RyGuy, do you remember how much they were on Disney Movies Online? And I wonder why they changed that?!
I guess that is iTunes doing instead of Disney's.
I agree totally, I would have loved a copy of Snow White!
I do have Beauty and the Beast because I bought the 3D Blu-ray Deluxe Edition, which I am glad I did!
Both Aladdin and Pinocchio will be coming on Digital HD soon, I cannot wait!
One thing that did bug me was the transfer of Pete's Dragon! I ordered it online last night (Because it is one of my favorites!) and the transfer was the old High-Flying Edition! I wanted the new Blu-ray transfer. That transfer is AMAZING!
I did contact Apple to complain about that, let's see what they do. lol
Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
Funko's new Frozen Mystery Pops are available for rewards. I was pretty impressed with the designs for these, but I'm still a little too burned out on the movie to spend money on them, so I'm glad that they're available in this way.

My Guardians of the Galaxy mini poster arrived in the mail today. Hopefully they'll add the Avengers 2 poster soon.
Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
Wow that is so much better! I would have bought a lot more if they were still cheaper like that. Some I'm not buying because of the prices.RyGuy wrote:Matt, it was $5.99
I guess Disney is greedy lol
Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
