Well, I'm sure you are well aware of the statement that all Asians look alike, which is racist. May apply to other 'minority' races as well.

Troll joke was just playing on that.

Wasn't this video longer than 11 seconds a couple of days ago. I specifically remembering hearing Let It Go in German from this link a couple of days ago........
Someone re-uploaded the part, though. :)

Oh, OK. Actually I wasn't familiar with that statement at all. Seems like I've been living under a rock. :P

A HUGE RAVE REVIEW!

‘Frozen’ Review: Disney’s Best Animated Musical Since ‘Beauty and the Beast’
http://www.thewrap.com/frozen-review-di ... auty-beast

Poor Love Is An Open Door: It's the only song that he hated and compared it to High School Musical. But, really, it's great that the songs are getting pretty positive reception.

Well I thought the same about Love Is An Open Door, from the little bit we heard. It reminds me a little of "Just Wanna Be With You" from HSM. But I think that's a good thing because first, that song is not that bad and second, that's the idea, to satirize the fact that Anna wants to marry a guy she just met.

Oh wow, that's what a RAVE really sounds like! :o :o

I'm also suprised that he called this the best Disney animated film since The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast and made a mention of Howard Ashman, because Howard really did help Disney to be the studio that it is now and he kind of left the bar way to high for other Disney films to live up to.

Nice to know that the songs so far are getting a much more positive reception than Tangled. Let's be honest, Tangled's songs while nicely done, are not Alan Menken's best.

EDIT: I heard that there were two more reviews out but I can't find them.

I really wouldn't get your hopes up, I've seen quite a number of negative stuff so far. But Todd McCarthy is a really tough critic...

Todd McCarthy is actually more postive on Frozen than he was on Tangled so that's a good sign. :D

Wow, Todd: Major spoiler alert much? I do somewhat agree with the modern dialogue. I mean, it's not that bad, but the classics didn't really have those. This review wasn't that bad.

FYI, just because a critic doesn't like a movie you like (or in this case, haven't seen yet), does not make them an idiot. There does not exist a single movie liked by everyone. I've seen people heavily criticise some of my favourite films and with solid points to make them up to point.

I'd rather we live in a universe where everybody had an individual opinion and thought rather than just blindly agreeing with one another.

That wasn't even a bad review? It wasn't a rave but it will count as fresh in the rottentomatoes score

Frozen has surpassed The Wind Rises due to this early positive buzz. Let's hope it continues!

Could you share some? I'd be curious to know what their criticisms were.
