the weird thing about these official dubs is that they sung over the English dub, what you hear during the I've got a dream one. Just listen to the part "Bruiser knits, killler sews."
Very weird and unprofessional. But whatever, i'm glad someone finally uploaded them. Bytheway if you haven't seen the film, then dont watch these

I've been wondering about how the Dutch songs would sound like....not as bad as i imagined! haha
Pretty good even!
I guess this is the Rapunzel (Dutch) Soundtrack: http://www.bol.com/nl/p/muziek/rapunzel ... index.html
Did anyone here get it yet and if so from Bol.com?

Actually that seems to be the case, the $260 million are an estimate including production since the Rapunzel Unbraided days, but somewhere I read that the budget for Tangled is around $150 million. It's not that animated movies are not that expensive (yes Toy Story 3 budget is $200 million, and if my memory doesn't fail me that seemed to be the same budget for Tarzan), but if it was that expensive then the word would have gotten out a long time ago, and people at the Disney studios wouldn't be as excited as how Tangled is performing as some sites are reporting.estefan wrote: Anyway, it is highly likely that the $260 million budget that includes Rapunzel Unbraided is probably not the figure Disney is looking at. The budget for Tangled and Tangled only is $150 million and Disney is using that as a measuring figure to see if it will make a profit.
Speaking of which, Box Office Mojo reports that Tangled has done so far $115,623,000 at the box office, with $45,200,000 of foreign box office, giving us a nice $160,823,000 worlwide sum. The best thing that could happen now is that Tangled stays on the top 10 as long as it can.
So, I recently when and watched the movie a second time, and I got to say, a kinda liked it a little more. I still think is a flawed movie, but I don't know, somehow I found it more endearing, even when I knew what was going to happen I enjoyed the movie, and I found Flynn and Rapunzel relationship more compelling, I don't know why, I guess it helped the that the theater where I watched it had no children repeating what just happened to their parents with no indoor voice whatsoever distracting you from the screen.

I agree. Whenever I watch a movie I always seem to end up watching it again, even if I hate the movie, usually because of friends or simply because I'm bored. I saw Toy Story 3, How to Train you Dragon, and of course Tangled twice because I liked those movies. I watched Tangled the first time in 2D. I was mainly focusing on the music and the main plot rather than jokes, animation or small plot holes (with the exception of a movie like Harry Potter 7 or Avatar.) I watched it a 2nd time in 3D (3D never bothers me as long as it's not overused.) The movie felt 5x better. The jokes seemed funnier when thought through, the animation looked prettier, and romance seemed much more heartwarming (same with most other aninated movies I watch.)Dream Huntress wrote:estefan wrote: So, I recently when and watched the movie a second time, and I got to say, a kinda liked it a little more. I agree that movies tend to get better the more you watch them. I think it takes some time for the "nostalgia" factor to come into play, too. I know a lot of us LOVE Disney's classics, usually because they bring back memories of our childhood and are a familiar "friend" to return to.
I saw Tangled in 3D this past Saturday, and I thought it was really good. This was the first DAC I'd seen in the theatre in a LONG time...the last one was Pocahontas!
I am looking forward to adding the film to my collection once it is released on home video, and am excited to get to know it better with each viewing.
Also, I am not sure if this has been mentioned or asked, but does anyone think they will include the "Count Up to Disney's 50th Animated Classic" that they released on YouTube as a bonus feature on the Blu-ray/DVD? I really like that video and would like to have it in a more permanent form!

I've never quite realized how beautiful this score actually is, because you don't hear it that well in the movie. But i looove the gypsy-flutes part that starts at 1:16.

FINALLY got to see Tangled last night. And I loved it! It went beyond all my expectations. Lovely visuals, great songs, and an all around wonderful movie <3
Granted, I don't think it's as great as maybe Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, or any other Disney films of the Renaissance, but I definitely see it as another Disney classic.
