Monsters Vs. Aliens a pretty good spoof of all the old-school classics. All the films you guys have listed, I have yet to see.

And what is Sleepaway Camp about?

An American Werewolf in London - I thought this was a pretty good horror film. It is a bit slow at times, but that is probably my only real complaint.

I decided to watch Child's Play 2 earlier today. Not as good as the first, but not horrible either.

Gigantic - A pretty decent indepentent movie, starring Zooey Deschanal, Paul Dano, and John Goodman. It was funny at times, although not nearly as hilarious as I'd heard it'd be.

Strangers When We Meet, a fascinating romantic drama with Kim Novak (one of my favourite actresses) and Kirk Douglas.

Child's Play 3 - Even more absurd than the second film, but still watchable.

The Craft - I had actually never seen this before, and since I'm trying to watch supernatural/paranormal-esque movies during October, I decided to give it a try. It's now one of my favorite movies. It was fun, campy, and the special effects sucked. I loved it, though. Fairuza Balk delivers a creepy, over-the-top performance as Nancy, and Robin Tunney counters her with her innocent portrayl of Sarah. Neve Campbell and Rachel True also had great performances. I also loved Christine Taylor as the "bitch."

Nasty, rude kids being mean to and playing pranks on each other at a summer camp. Then, people start turning up dead and the camp owner tries to get the camper he thinks is killing everyone. Oh, and... it's one of the very first twist horror movies ever made. You know, like The Sixth Sense and you find out something at the end that's really shocking. Sleepaway Camp is the very first twist horror movie, with a big surprise at the end that changes things you thought you knew but were wrong about.

Just got home from seeing Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. Stupid movie. But its one of the few cons of being a parent...forced to watch stupid movies :P I rather have seen 9.

On Friday I saw Zombieland. GREAT movie! Sometimes a parody of zombie movies, but stands well on its own. Great humor, quite a bit of gore. Sometimes predictable, sometimes not. I liked the narration and how they set up "the rules". Woody was amazing and so very funny, and I've never been a fan of him. Not that I don't like him, just because, he's never been in a movie I wanted to see  The movie was sometimes a bit random, but in a good and funny way and it was adding quite well to their little world. Definite DVD buy!

Tarzan II on TV. Not even that bad for a 'midquel' direct to DVD. The backgrounds looked nice and I liked to see Tarzan as a kid again. But it is not a movie I would add to my collection.
It was dubbed in Dutch, by the way, so no voice of Glenn Close, unfortunately.

The Opposite of Sex: Christina Ricci is a little tramp who seduces her half-brother's gay boyfriend and then runs away with him. Hilarious black comedy with outstanding performances from Lisa Kudrow, Johnny Galecki and Martin Donovan. Christina Ricci eats up the screen. :)

I watched Nosferatu last night. I thought it was okay, but it was kind of boring. I might have to watch it a second time though since I was not fully paying attention last night.
