I never posted that I watched How I Met Your Mother - Season 2 within 27 hours of purchasing it. Well, I did, and I LOVED IT! I literally NEED Season 3. Haha. If you haven't watched How I Met Your Mother yet, go get the first season RIGHT NOW! I saw it at Wal-Mart yesterday for $15.

Bah! I took the Stargate break, but didn't watch any Eureka... I watched the first disc of the Tom & Jerry Spotlight Collection vol. 1, instead.littlefuzzy wrote:I finished Stargate SG-1 Season 6, I think I'm going to take a bit of a Stargate break, and watch Eureka Season 3.0 next.
I went back to Stargate, and I just finished the first disc of season 9.

Just finished watching "Bionic Woman", the complete series (all 8 episodes before it was mercifully canceled). It was just as boring now and when it first ran, glad that I just borrowed this from a friend and didn't waste any money on purchasing it.
Also watched Leverage-Season One for the second time, and this show is just phenomenal. The Second season is currently running on Wednesday nights, and it is even better.
And good news for "Burn Notice" fans, it has been picked up for a fifth season, and so has "Army Wives".

Smallville: The Complete First Season - I started this about a month ago and got to around episode fifteen or sixteen. I finished the season today. Hmmm. I honestly do not know what to think. The stories were kinda eh, and the monster-of-the-week plots got old fast, along with Tom Welling's one emotion only acting. What I really enjoyed was the character development, especially of the side character's such as Chloe, Lana, Whitney, and Lex. I think I will be picking up season two shortly, just to see their stories develop.

It gets SOO much better. Just wait for season 3 or 5. Tom also really evolves as an acter.PeterPanfan wrote:Smallville: The Complete First Season - I started this about a month ago and got to around episode fifteen or sixteen. How I Met Your Mother - Season 3 - Definitely not as good as Season 2. This is probably due to the writers' strike, but whatever. Hopefully Season 4 rocks whenever I get to watch it.

It fast became my favorite British comedy with the 1st series, which was perfect. The 2nd however was a huge shock. It changed way too much. And they got rid of Lucinda and Lola. I loved them! My favorite Lola moment was when you could tell by her reaction that Everton had cooked the best Caribbean dishes, even though they didn't tell us she was trying dishes they both cooked. And not Lucinda- she was my favorite character. Not to mention she's the only member of his staff, other than Gustav that Chef ever praised. She's the only cast member who could do what Chef did - his perfect long rants - in a different tone and make it every bit as cutting and funny as he did.
The 3rd series, which I haven't technically finished, is a near-absolute mess. The added music cues are downright embarrassing, as is most of Savanna's dialogue. And the actress's performance was too over-the-top (I know she tries, but I'm not sure she tried hard enough). 2 episodes were surprisingly decent though- "Paris? Jamiaca?" and, I laughed the most at "Lessons in Talking." That one had some admittedly very funny moments.
