Good Luck,
got mine today had some tears in it. They don't know how to pack,
you would think they would at least put the poster in plastic..

You aren't the first person I've heard got a poster with tears. I sure hope mine gets here in good shape. You really would think that something this valuable (with all of those hard to get autographs) that they'd be a whole lot more careful in packing. Well, I had to return a Poppins sculpture because of damage so maybe I'm due for something to get here in good shape.

BB

The good news is it took less than a week from ordering to get here..

Just called dmr cs about the wishes code. They didn't say anything about why it didn't work but they said if a code doesn't work in the future to call them. She said she understood I couldn't call on Christmas Eve since they were closed though. She put me on hold for a minute to find out what she could do about it then said I would be credited the points. Took less than 10 minutes. Checked my account right after and I got the 50 points already. Much better than waiting/hoping for an email response.

I hope they still have the birthday month Blu Ray. My birthday is in January, so I'll find out on Friday or next week if Enchanted is still available (I have it on DVD and iPod format, but I want the disney facts on the blu ray).
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

Third Double Point Day?

Post by jazzpty@gmail.com »

Has anybody heard about Dec 31 being a double point day?

For my own sake I hope this isn't true. I entered all of my codes after the 10th never expecting another double points day. If this is true I'll be so upset with myself.

It's probably bogus. If there was a double points day tomorrow, DMR would've sent out an e-mail or had an official message in the Message Center on the DMR site.

Has anyone tried to enter codes today yet for this double points day rumor?

I think its misread. on the dmr site it says that their will be double point days between 10/21 and 12/31. i think they think that the second day is on 12/31

I got my PatF signed poster today and it is absolutely worth it.
I love it so much. I think it's so cool to have all these great animators' signatures together on the same poster, plus directors of PatF, Aladdin and Little Mermaid. It's really cool.

I got the color I wanted (blue!) and mine came with a dozen signatures.
No tears or bends in the poster whatsoever.

Best redemption from DMR so far!

Well I missed out on the special poster of PATF...but the sound of a Toy Story 3 Poster done up like this makes me want to save my points from now on until Toy Story 3 makes its debut or something of it debuts at the DMR rewards :D

Just about all of the animators on that poster worked on all the Disney animated films since the Black Cauldron. It sort of like having something signed by the modern day "Nine Old Men," as Walt referred to his original lead animators.

You aren't kidding. It's like getting a baseball signed by all the living members of the Hall of Fame. These are the HOFers of Disney animation. I HOPE mine gets here next Tuesday (the day it should arrive via UPS) & in good shape. Michael's is having a 60% off framing coupon next week. I called and gave them the measurements and was told WITH the discount it would be around $230 to have it matted & framed. But with a piece like this the frame makes it & you don't want to scrimp. I can't wait for it to arrive. :D
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

Any way to cancel an item you've redeemed? I'd rather have that Mickey

Do you remember who you spoke with? Was it Stephanie or Karen? I've heard Stephanie will get things done, and Karen, while she's nice, doesn't really seem to be of much help. I called, because I still haven't gotten a shipping notification for the PaTF Animator's signed poster, and she just tells me that it's been pulled for my order, but, hasn't left fulfillment. Also, I mentioned about the WISHES code, and she said there wasn't anything they could do about it, and couldn't issue any points from there. So, I guess it all depends on who you get.

Not positive but I think they said their name was Karen.

I just checked my E-mail, and I just got my shipping notice! I am so happy! Now, just praying to God that it comes without any tears, rips, creases, etc. Please, dear poster, arrive in perfect condition!

I got an email today with a DMR code worth 50 points. Code is CELEBRATE
It worked for me so maybe it will work for someone else. Wonder if this is to make up for WISHES not working on 12/24.
