I love my local K-Mart. Was shopping with the wife and went by the electronics department and what did they have out on the flooor for sale??

The A Team at the sale price of $22.99 for the Blu-ray Combo Pack and $19.99 for the single Disc Blu-ray. The standard DVD was also sale priced at $15.99.

Needless to say that I now have watched "The A Team" twice and I love my K-mart!!!

$18.99 @ Walmart. I pisses me off that they didn't do a combo for this one. I want to see the deleted scenes and they're only on the Blu-Ray. Will be getting the Blu as soon as my Blu-Ray player arrives from DMR. I really want to see the deleted scenes - they were supposed to blow-up the big sea plane the team boards. I grew up near where it and its sister plane are headquartered and an old neighbor of mine flew it for the filming of the movie. All the filming was done in the Vancouver area.

I also picked up The Other Guys ($29 @ Walmart) as a Christmas gift for my sister and her boyfriend. Luckily, this one was a Blu/DVD/Digital Copy combo. I may pick this one up for myself in the future - this one was hilarious - saw it twice at the theater.

They did make a Blu-ray/DVD Combo for "The A-Team", exclusive to Best Buy. And it is on sale for $22.99.

Picked up the Blu-ray/DVD Combo pack of The Other Guys today at Best Buy for just $22.99.

Rats! But our Best Buy is currently under construction and won't be open until late spring. Hmm, Since Future Shop is owned by Best Buy, I wonder if they have the combo at Future Shop. I'll check their website...

...yup, they got it. I'll be returning the DVD to Walmart tomorrow and picking it up at Future Shop. I hate store exclusives. Oh well...

Correction: The combo pack is exclusive to Target, not Best Buy. But it is $22.99.

So it's exclusive to:
Target
Best Buy
& Future Shop.

I can't comment on FutureShop or any Canadian store, but in the United States the DVD/Blu-ray/Digital Copy combo is exclusive to Target only. The other stores have simply the Blu-ray/Digital Copy.

At HMV I picked up:

I finally found a widescreen version of this one! I was thinking about getting the set, but the first two movies are full screen.

These were part of those 2 for $20 deals.

For those buying the A-Team combo you might want to wait (unless its a gift). Its in the Target ad for Dec 26th for $14.99.

Anyway picked this up today at Best Buy for $10.99 ($18.99 - $8.00 Disney coupon).

Read about this from the Blu-ray.com forum about an hour after I got my copy.

Dangit!

Oh well. I'm planning to try out a price adjustment the week of the 26th, and if that doesn't work out, I'll simply buy a new copy for $14.99, keep it sealed and then return it with the $22.99 receipt.
