2.35:1, I guess. I'm not a huge aspect ratio nut. But I love me some widescreen!

I guess Disney Channel, since occasionally they air something interesting, like DACs or those TPatF secret tours.

Dance of the Hours, definitely! It's so cute and funny, while Carnival of the Animals was the weakest part of Fantasia 2000, IMO.
On a similar note.....
The Rite of Spring or The Firebird Suite (Both Stravinsky pieces involving volcanoes in some way, what a coincidence!) ?

Firebird Suite! I thought the music was more spectacular, likewise for the animation. And who doesn't jump when she wakes up the Firebird?
But Rite of Spring was just a little big dragging. But it's animation was awesome for 1940!
Carnival of the Animals is very funny for me, I love it's briskness and music.

....... Can I pick neither? I guess "Anastasia," just because the music is more memorable.

I guess 102 Dalmatians, just because it reeked less of cheapquel. Plus the dalmatian that had no spots was pretty cute.
Orddu or Orwen? (Or Orgoch, I just wanted to limit it to two choices.

I guess Adam as a beast. He's very handsome in his human form, especially those eyes! But he's so fluffy as a beast, I'll bet it would be nice to rest your head on his chest when you're sleepy. Belle is so lucky!
