Well, this game’s over; Jeff’s won this year. I have to admit, a few weeks ago I started to feel this season was wasted just to give Jeff a win, so Jeff and Jordan could be used as some kind of Big Brother Fairy Tale. Now, there’s no doubt. What a boring and inevitable ending.

Says who?
This is double-eviction week and someone could wind up getting Jeff out tomorrow night for all we know. Jeff can't compete in the HoH and he has two enemies in the house who can play for it. Adam and Shelly don't win crap all so that lowers Jeff's chances of having an ally win it. Rachel or Jordan could likely pull out a win but the playing field this week is a bit level, though still unbalanced numbers wise in general.

In my area, I just finished watching it (it had been re-scheduled because of a football game), although I had read everything already--including who won HoH after Kalia. I guess I can stop whining now.
I hope Porsche or Shelly win.
Poor Jordan…what’s she gonna do now?

Porche or Shelly!?!?!
Those are the two I don't want to see win at all. Porche can't even talk game talk as we saw with her attempt with Jeff and has done piss all this year except one Veto after HOW many days? And Shelly....god what an idiot. First she lies to Jeff and Jordan about being done with flip flopping, then she throws in her lot with Dani and co? What was she thinking? Dani and Kalia would take each other to final two no matter what and given how good of a competitor Dani is/was she would have likely whupped Kalia and Shelly in final 3 and taken Kalia to the last two. Which means Shelly would have had to make it to the end with Porche and lets face it that's laughable if you have to rely on that person.
This year isn't so much of a "I love Jeff and Jordan and want one of them to win" but more of a "Everybody else looks like idiots to me and doesn't do anything to deserve it"
But hey, to each their own

Well, there aren’t many choices left.
1. Jordan ~ You already know how I feel about her. I feel like she’s done even less this season than the one she won. Jeff basically did all the strategy and won all the competitions (except for one putt-putt HoH), and Jordan is now relying on Rachel to save them (good they were partnered up this week, right?). Plus, part of me doesn’t want to see somebody who’s already got a large sum of money from the show win again.
2. Rachel ~ I actually wouldn't mind a Rachel win, just because she is a power player. The only downside: she’s an idiot who couldn’t play strategically to save her life. Another con: her win would mean she'll constantly be returning to the show in some form or another--but that might be inevitable, anyway.
3. Kalia ~ I originally liked Kalia, but that week with LeJuan was a really stupid move. She might’ve won several HoH’s and got Jeff out of the house, but I feel like that was a horrible move for somebody who is supposed to be the “smart” one.
4. Porsche ~ She didn’t make much game-talk across the entire house, but she did throw her lot in with Danielle at least from midway of the game. She never talked to Jeff prior to this, but…did he ever talk to her either? Hypocrite much? Ultimately, her win of the PoV helped to cut down one of the last players remaining that could beat her in physical competitions (only Rachel could stand a chance at that now). Opening Pandora’s Box was dumb, but everybody chooses to open it for the money.
5. Shelly ~ She’s basically worked all sides of the game since the beginning. She wanted to keep Danielle so that, no matter what happened, she’d make it to the final three no matter which side won in the end. The moment her flip-flopping was found out, her vote helped to take out the one person (Jeff) who could’ve stood a chance of evicting her (de-powering that entire alliance in the process). Also, it was a smart move to get somebody like Jeff or Jordan out, because, like she said, the jury would probably end up voting for one of them if they were in the finals. Of course, it may not matter. If Rachel wins the PoV this week (we know Jordan won’t), then Shelly will be evicted by default.
I’m not even considering Adam.
If he ends up making it to final three, that’ll be because nobody paid him any mind. I doubt he’d make it past third place though.

Final 4 guys!!! Seriously, the newbies sucked and the vets are the only two that deserve to win this year. For me, the order of who I want to win is........
1.Rachel (She seriously deserves to win. She has won the most comps this season and constantly plays harder then anybody else!)
2.Jordan (she has won some comps, and although she seems a little ditzy, when she freaked out at Shelley she got my vote)
I dislike Porsche, just because she pissed me off, and Adam has done shit all, so.... GO VETS!

Adam and Porsche have both won more than she has, actually. Rachel basically carried her to the finals (thanks to that convenient Pandora's Box part 1Coolmanio wrote:2.Jordan (she has won some comps)
I'm still hoping Porsche wins (unlikely), but anybody other than Jordan would be fine for me at this point. I would've wanted Danielle to win, tbh.
Anybody surprised Adam decided not to use the PoV though? No?

They followed the script just like it was written. There are so many websites that post what is going to happen weeks before it does, and it is just fun to watch those of you who think that it is real and unrehearsed have at it each week.
No wonder the sponsorship for this show was up this year. They suckered another bunch of people into believing that this is a "Live Un-rehearsed Show and NOT scripted like so many of the others."
Jeff Probst, the host of "Survivor" and resident of Wichita, Kansas and a good friend, says that there are quite a few people who follow these types of shows like those who follow the Male Soap Opera called WWE.
Not knocking anyone, just letting you know how gullible you really are, and I truly can sit back and say that I never have bought into it after the first season.
Just thinking about how much really good television you miss being involved in watching these so-called Reality shows.

The only way to watch movies - Original Aspect Ratio!!!!
I LOVE my Blu-Ray Disc Player!

This same argument can be made from any and all reality shows.dvdjunkie wrote:They followed the script just like it was written. Like many reality shows, I call this semi-scripted. Producers do tell the contestants what to say in the diary room, as they need certain things to air on the shows.
However, a show that has a 24 hour feed is very hard to make scripted, and I find it very hard to believe that after 12 years, no one has caught on to the "scripted" show, if it is as scripted as you believe it is.
As for people knowing what would happen weeks before hand? I could have told you Rachel would win after Brenden/Jeff were evicted. It is called a hypothesis or an educated guess.
Oh, and I would like to know what you think qualifies as "good" reality television, as I believe most reality television is part trash, which is why we as humans love it so much.

Exactly. dvdjunkie seems to think these rules don't apply to his own reality show pleasures (America's Got Talent, American Idol). They're all scripted and/or rigged to some extent. I think the game ran off script with Jeff's elimination, but ultimately they had a veteran win the game regardless.Coolmanio wrote: Like many reality shows, I call this semi-scripted. I agree. I'm sure they wanted Jeff to win, but Shelley's betrayal was totally not planned. In the end, a vet won, which I am sure was a good outcome for CBS, although Rachel was probably their last choice.Disney's Divinity wrote:Exactly. dvdjunkie seems to think these rules don't apply to his own reality show pleasures (America's Got Talent, American Idol). Plus, you can't fake the reaction from America towards Rachel. They did a complete 180 with her this season. I do, however, feel a little bad towards all the newbies this season (except Adam), because they never stood a chance in hell to win.
Next season, no more vets unless it is an All-Star summer please CBS. Or, you know, let Canadians enter!!!

Unfortunately if they do another All-Star season, we know 6 of the players already coming back.Coolmanio wrote:I agree.
