There was a lot I wanted today but because of Iron Man and Forgetting Sarah Marshall next week I only got... Samantha Who?: The Complete First Season.
One thing does Leatherheads have different covers in general or is it Canada or Best Buy or what? I ask because the copy I nearly did buy played up the George Clooney/Renée Zellweger romance and not the silly football stuff I'm used to seeing the film advertised with.
Recent purchases:
Sex And The City: The Movie-Extended Cut
Will & Grace Season 8
It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia Season 3
Thank God It's Friday (1978)
An American in Paris (1951) 2 disc set
Gigi (1958) 2 disc set

Wow, I'm shocked to hear the Intimate Portraits DVD is so hard to come by now. When I went to my Target they still had like 3 copies of it there for 9.99, so I guess they were having trouble getting rid of left over copies.

Of all the shows on SoapNet to get hooked on, you pick OC and not One Tree Hill, Melrose Place, Ryan's Hope, Young and the Restless, or All My Children?!?
I'm disappointed, Ames.
Of course, it's probably understandable that you couldn't get hooked into Ryan's Hope. They only air it at 4 in the morning (grumble grumble...)
But you MUST watch One Tree Hill. I don't know where they are right now in the episodes, but it's awesome.

I did actually watch One Tree Hill from Day One, and I did eventually stop watching it in its first run due to when it's on, but I like it as much as The O.C., but The O.C. was cheaper. And I like Beverly Hills, 90210, as well, and that's on my list to get later.

Lucas & Brooke just got together, Gavin DeGraw sang at Karen's Cafe...Nathan said that he'd wait until Haley is ready...
FYE: I went to an FYE in a mall that is nowhere near to where I live (my friends and I decided to take a ride). I got:
Sex and the City: The Complete Fifth Season, $19.99
Sex and the City: Season Six, Part 1, $19.99
Thus completing my Sex and the City DVD collection! I bought S6 Part 2 a few weeks ago before I saw the movie so I could watch the finale before the movie. I decided not to watch the finale though.
The Comeback: The Complete Only Season, $5.99 (originally $11.99, but used DVDs were buy 2 get the third half off). Never seen this series but I wanted to and $6 was a steal, considering I couldn't find it anywhere!

Part of 3 for £30
Part of 3 for £30 (the cover doesn't actually look like that, its in a slip-case)
Part of 3 for ... oh you get the idea.
Not Part of any multi-buy deal.
