I always find it funny that cast members take interviews before films are out, it's not like they ever tell something that you can't find on the internet.

Though I guess a further explanation of the story would be kinda nice. Because at this point I have no clue. Where's the CGI Mickey?

This movie actually doesn't look that bad. Although maybe I'm prejudiced since I really like Nicolas Cage... I'll probably just wait for it on DVD. Although, if what people are saying is true and that this release will coincide with Fantasia, I'll be buying Fantasia instead. (Great plan Disney. Great plan.)

I didn't even notice the broom scene 'til I saw this comment. Anyway, I instantly knew this movie was going to be stupid just by looking at the title, and not because I thought it was going to be some silly remake of the Mickey Mouse cartoon; Disney's smarter than that. The first few details of this movie instantly made me think of three movies: "Enchanted" (because it's a live action Disney movie set in New York), and then "Percy Jackson" and "The Seeker" (because of the kid being sought out or chosen by destiny or whatever and it's an action movie) all mixed into one. The trailer was completely predictable and unoriginal. In my opinion, this movie was doomed for failure from the start.

I actually like to hear it from the actor's voice himself rather than reading it though, don't you? I like seeing their expressions and excitement about the film, which I don't think it relayed in print.

I saw the trailer during Alice in Wonderland (2010) and I honestly do not know what to say about it. It looks like a CGI-heavy film and I will probably not see it in theatres (I might rent it, though).

This gave me chills! Thanks for the share! :)

“This movie is massive. It’s certainly the biggest thing I’ve ever done,” Turteltaub said, responding to another question. “There are well over 1,000 visual effects shots in this movie, a lot of CG and all of it to serve this notion that magic is alive and well, that sorcery is alive and well today in New York City.
