I was thinking the same thing about cover art. They don't need to make it green for me to puke, all they need to do is mention the titleDisneykid wrote:Luke has posted revised cover art on the front page. I think it's a big improvement. Cinderella and Tremaine don't seem nearly as squashed together, the Prince is given an action pose (which confirms what the filmmakers said about him actually doing something in this), and the dark red background makes it appropriately more sinister. Since the original had a blue cover and this has red, I'm assuming the inevitable re-release of Dreams Come True will be predominately green (for puking...how convenient.)

I also think the new cover is an improvement. Lady Tremain seems a lot more, what's the word I'm looking for? Proportionate? When she was squished over to the side, her hand looked really long and her face did too.
Also, the red background does make it look for hellish and menacing. I also like the inclusion of the prince in his "action pose"

The Revised Cinderella III Cover
Yes, I'd say it is an improvement for the most part. I actually like how the Prince looks angry. He is losing his bride to someone he doesnt' love (and, yes, I'll say it, isn't so hot). Even his horse looks angry. How awesome. My only problem is Cinderella. Her hair is really bad, and her pose is the same as a very often used stock image of her. It was the one used on Disc 1 of the Cinderella DVD.

a much better background, i love the darkness in the red because it goes along with the feel of thestory and cinderella looks like like's she's supposed to. i'm glad her and the step-mother look closer to equal size. i also like how they expanded the cover a little bit by moving the prince to the other side of the cover. i think they should stick to that new cover but fix the step-mother's face like it supposed to look like.

Much better improvement! But I still don't think Cinderella and Tremaine look right. I mean where they are on the cover is fine, but their faces look off to me. But I like how the step mother has the wand with the magic going to the slipper on Anastasia's foot, it all shows up much nicer on the red background.
So the Prince is getting more of a role in this movie? Good! I never liked how uncharacterized he was. I wonder if they'll call him Prince Charming? Like actually say it. Or at least give him a real name!

I much prefer the new cover art to the old. A change for the better, IMO.

Didn't Disney officially named him that?DisneyRoyalty wrote:Much better improvement! But I still don't think Cinderella and Tremaine look right. Anyway, Yea the cover is an improvement. And the Prince even wearing a new outfit. Let's hope His rescue isn't akin to Philip's in Sleeping Beauty....

WOW!
I just stopped by this conversation because I was bored and there's a new cover art!!! I love it when you read there is new cover-art, and there is that 30-45 seconds where you are trying to find it, imagining what it's going to look like, I get so excited
I know...it's sad.
I don't really like the new cover, the colors black, yellow and red just don't work, especially considering it's Cinderella...Cinderella= Blue, Blue, Blue! I hope Australia gets the old C3 cover, and a new release of Cinderella 2...I don't like our Cinderella 2 cover.

Cinderella III: Rated PG?
If this is true...WOAH. I found this on Wikipedia's Cinderella III article:
So maybe Lucifer finally ate one of the mice.
The MPAA originally gave the film a PG rating, due to some violence scenes, but most were cut and the final film was given a G rating.

Re: Cinderella III: Rated PG?
Either that or Prince Charming gets to kick some serious butt. Just exactly whose butt remains to be seen, though. Perhaps Tremaine casts a spell on the guards, and we get a Sleeping Beauty-esque climax.Disney Duster wrote:If this is true...WOAH.
