Triton a human? Land is the new sea!

Post by Disney Duster »

Very good Triton! I was actually worried what this one might look like, but it proved to be another amazing job from you! The clothes suit him well, and the sea in the background is very nice. The colors are beautiful.

Have a very fun and relaxing vacation. After all this great artwork you've done, you should enjoy a good, long break. :)

Another fantasy executed exquisitely by Agrabah's Artist!

Post by Disney Duster »

:o WOW! OH MY GOSH! That's AMAZING! That's so beautiful and it has a nice peaceful fantasy tea-time to it. I think it's almost perfect, except one thing. I don't think Alice looks like herself. She looks a little off. It's her face. But other than that, perfection and beauty bring to life marvelous ideas!

I think it's mainly that Alice looks older than she does in the movie, but overall great picture. Have fun on vacation.

I must say you did a terrific job!!! I saved it right away and stared at it for a good amount of time. It's so bizarre to see them on screen together, but still it works. Also, as others have said, the background is simply beautiful and I still can't believe you finished it so quickly just for us! Thank you x infinity!!!!!!! I'm still wigging out about it! Man!!!!!!!!!! You so totally rock, Aladdin from Agrabah!!! :thumb:

You'll probably be reading this upon your return from the Greek Islands, so I hope you enjoyed a well earned vacation!

Here's some welcome back and thank you the awesome drawing Pink Elephants:

Wow Aladdin! That's really impressive! I'm afraid I don't know who the woman is supposed to be, but that doesn't stop me from appreciating the picture!

What really caught my eye was the woman's glossy hair, and her...eye. Ha Ha! Her eye caught my eye! It really did. It looks very real, and yet it still has that unmistakeable art-like quality to it. I also liked the way you rendered the frill on her shoulders. It looks perfect...as it should look.

And finally I liked the shoes! :D I don't know whether the small circles are supposed to be printed onto the shoes' surface. I don't think so. I think your intention was to make them look "sparkling", with lots of little shiny pieces, wasn't it? :)

Thanks guys, I'm glad that your happy that I'm back and that you also like the new drawing. Yes, it is Madonna in her Confessions on a Dance Floor theme...Madonna has always fascinated me due to her transformations...she could be a cartoon character with her own theme park, I think!
Julian Carter yes, my intention was to make her shoes look sparkling!

Can Aladdin from Agrabah's Talents Tackle or Tale?

Post by Disney Duster »

Aladdin from Agrabah, I have one HUGE favor to ask you. I know you just got back from vacation, but for a long time many people who have participated in the "Continue the Story Game" have wanted you to make art that has to do with our story! Illustrations, posters, "stills from the film version", anything that brings our wacky creations to beautiful life with your astounding artwork.

Read a little bit and tell us what you think, and what you could do! If you can't do anything with what we've come up with, that's all right because we have made it rather complex! There's plenty of Disney characters that start to come in on page 2!

Dear Disney Duster, I would really love to, but there is one little problem: time! You see, at the 1st of September my exam period in university begins and that means lots to study! That is, I need some time to read the whole story and some ideas to come up with- I really liked the posters with Mickey and Maleficent and I would love to make them my way. So, I'm looking forward to do it during September, that's for sure, but not very soon, that is,not for the first 15 days of the month. Sorry for holding it back for a little time! Oh, and I would be honoured if you used my picture of Maleficent. You don't have to ask me considering that she's a Marc Davis character and not mine! :)
