Chat Room...aka scheduling a chat?

The chat concept is currently being reworked. What I've seen there in the way of recent activity is depressing. You have banned members checking in under aliases, and a bunch of non-English and non-sensical ramblings (often with profanity). None of this applies to anyone who has posted in this thread or who would post in this thread. And therein lies a major problem. There is just about zero presence from regular forum members.

I'm trying to decide if it would be best to keep the chat room limited to either certain scheduled occasions or perhaps just keep the address private and known only to regular forum members. Either way would cut down bandwidth usage (which despite expanding to a semi-dedicated plan, is still at its limit again) and keep the value and intention of the chat room from being undermined.

I'll keep you guys informed.

Luke, you should just keep the Chatroom for Ultimate Disney members have some kind of top secret password.
Only members like me and others who go their often can have the secret password.

Luke is this some kind of April's Fool's Joke because it's not funny at all.
