^That's great! I'm getting more and more curious about the movie, so I'm glad we won't have to wait much more to know more details about it, and hopefully to see some actual footage from the film.

PETA not happy with Bo Peep's staff:

https://comicbook.com/movies/2019/02/01 ... p-changes/
After the new image of Bo Peep from Toy Story 4 was released online this week, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has reached out to Pixar and director Josh Cooley, asking for them to remove Bo Peep's crook from the film entirely. If you're unfamiliar with the word "crook," it's that tall, sheep-herding staff that Bo Peep carries.

According to PETA, the crook is a symbol of violence against sheep, as it was historically used to hook lambs by the legs and neck in the wool industry. The organization compared it to the bullhook used on cattle, which has now been widely banned.
Personally I don't see the problem. It's not about their equipment, but about how they use it (or not use it). Woody has guns, but would never have used them to kill anyone even if they worked. The same with any character with a sword, if there should ever be one. Rex's teeth and jaws are modelled after real dinosaurs, which used their jaws to kill other animals.

This is the same group that spoke out against phrases like "hit two birds with one stone". Most people know to ignore them. I would hope disney agrees with the masses.

So, that character on Bo's shoulder is Giggles McDimple and not Lulu. I guess Lulu is a character from a previous iteration of the story who didn't make it into the final cut.

It also confirms Keanu Reeves' character is called Duke Caboom as they said in this article. And it looks like he's that toy someone spotted in Incredibles 2.

The toys have no problem moving and talking in plain sight with all those people around? I'm hoping this scene isn't in the actual movie.

You don't know there's people around at that moment. They may have cut the clip that way, but unless you see them in the same shot it means nothing. No reason to think this wont be in the final either. The lighting may change a bit but I have no doubt it'll be in there.

Edit: I just noticed something, is this trailer indicative of the final aspect ratio? Because this does not match the other 3. Its noticeably wider.

The sneak peek was a bit disappointing. I was hoping we would get some new hints at the story or a look at some of the new characters. I should've guessed it would be about Ducky and Bunny, given that Disney even created a twitter account for them and they were tweeting during the game. However, given that this was only 30 seconds long, we're probably still getting the trailer that was rated some days ago and has a running time of 1:35 minutes.

The trailer was pretty underwhelming I have to say ... even for a TV spot ? I didn't care for the Forky one, now this .... I dunno. I want to be excited, but I'm just not getting there !

^I like the poster. By the way, Giggles McDimple appears in it on Bo's shoulder.

Also, Tim Allen talks about the film's plot and about the possibility of a fifth movie in a new interview:
Fans are so excited for Toy Story 4. They’re trying to piece together these teasers. What can you tell the fans?

I can tell you that – gosh darn it. I don’t know what to say, cause every time I do this, I get in trouble. Both Tom and I met yesterday for our little guy lunch. We both were very, very affected by the end of the movie. So much so that he had to – we said the same thing – he had to turn around, he couldn’t even deliver his end of it. I couldn’t deliver my end of it. It’s a wonderful, full-bodied movie. They’ve taken this in a direction that is spectacular, but not – you’ll go, oh, I can’t believe we haven’t thought of that before. These writers have done something amazing. The characters they’ve developed are amazing. It’s a love story between Tom and his love interest – but he’s a toy, it is what it is. And then Buzz has to make a decision on how to move on with his life, cause Tom’s making some different – Woody’s making some different decisions. And that’s all I can tell you. I’m just saying, it’s so funny, and so bright, and so interesting, and so effective towards the end.

I don’t want this to be the last Toy Story. Is there a chance you could get Toy Story 5?

You got a guy talking. Tom doesn’t think so; he and I, we had our lunch – we said, this has been over 20 years, of he and I doing this, and it’s made an impact on both of our lives, and our families’ lives. I think it’s like Harry Potter – my kid’s riding into that now, my little one – and they did like 300 movies, or whatever, it was a lot. Once you’ve gotten to four, you’ve passed that trilogy. I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t do it, certainly, if you asked me. I’d say, do 5.

Strange to see Woody's face so worn out all the sudden. He's been with bonnie like a year and this is how she treats him?
