me either, i was disappointed. My mother, on the other hand, wend and ordered the bluray/dvd combo with the limited edition doll off of disneystore.com. When The PE came on DVD it was the deciding factor that turned my house to DVD. I'm pretty sure that since she wants the bluray it means she's planning on doing a nice upgrade of our home theater system!

I don't think it matters what version you pre-order, you'll still get the steelbook.

The Mermaid lover? Yes, that's me... among other things.

Hm. If it won't let you do it on the site, try in person at the store? Call and ask an employee? Just some suggestions.

You can get that 149.00 deal from Best Buy but I don't think that you can get the regular book edition. If you really want you can just "fake pre-order" the title and basically pay for a 7.50 steelbook *shrug

SO, is it true? Has the BD already been released in Japan? If so, we need news ASAP!!!!!!!!!!
I saw those on amazon.co.jp - I didn't realise the image they put up was the actual thing (I thought it was a temporary image)

発売予定日は2009年11月4日です

comes out november 4th.

Interesting tidbit: japan used to release PE's as two editions: platinum and special (1-disc). Now that the diamond edition line has been released, they now have 'diamond collect', 'premium edition' (2 disc, replacing platinum), and special edition (1-disc).

Disney Villain wrote:Deco King, please re-read what Escapay posted!

No one gives a sht that you love Snow White and it's artistic beauty. You defend her as if she's a real, living person. What everyone is trying to say is, there's no need for you to bring up and post new threads for no reason.

Everyone always answers your questions, but you you still feel the need to Spam the forum month after month asking the same exact thing. Take the friggen Snow White web-site for example. The very first time you asked about it, I explained to you exactly what week it was going to debut and when to expect it. Do you thank me? No. Instead, every week, you continue to ask the same question. Over and over again. And each time I give you the same answer. Then, Disney finally launched the site. EXACTLY when I originally told you they would. I was even the first person to provide a link to the site on this forum. Still no thank you or anything.

No one wants to read the same thing over, and over, and over again. No matter what anyone says, your random threads and post are usually just spam. You ask the same thing, over and over. We give you an answer and you're never satisfied. You just keep asking again and again.

You have NO IDEA how frustrating it is going through these Snow White threads, trying to find actual info about the Blu-Ray release (DVD sucks losers..I still don't know why ppl insist on DVD..uggh) and all I see are your questions and useless information.

I hope you read this! Unfortunately you'll probably just respond with something immature, like the "oh so clever" thing you told Escapay. FYI, if you want to threaten someone don't put words into a quote a Disney character says
Thank you very much Disney Villain for finally informing us all about the website , which I think is excellent , and very nicely put together by Disney. I'm surprised however , that , as yet , there is still only the trailer on the video clips subsection , whereas Amazon have about six short clips!

I'm sorry to have frustrated and annoyed you by my constant harping on.

There you are Disney Villain, no clever remark. A sincere thank you to you Disney Villain , no bold or coloured type etc. I look forward to my deluxe set in due course , and to reading all the reviews. I hope that we get some positive feedback for the Snow White Blu Ray from the D23 Convention.

Roll on October 6th , I'll have to buy a Multi Region Blu Ray player which are just beginning to come onto the market as we in the UK don't get the Snow White until November 2nd!

So you're going to go to special expense just to have "Snow White" three weeks earlier? For much less money why not just import the Australian edition?

^NOPE. you'll most likely just get a slipcoverless BD set with huge classification logo.
