Well I hope this is better but I put both the discs in one of thouse half-as-thick-as-normal CD cases (yes the one disc just sits over the other because the thing keeping them in place is LESS-than-half-as-thick-as-normal) but now it wont close as easaly like before when I colsed it was closed like a book cover but now when I colse the end of the box is about a half inch (1cm) up in the air. Sure on a self thats not noticeable since between others it be completly colsed but still. I hate great looking but crappy in practice DVD cases! OH well.JiminyCrick91 wrote:Monty Python and the Holy Grail Collector's Edition (Brithday gift but the one thing is How do I get the discs in and out without NEARLY braking them!?!?)

Yesterday (at 5am) I bought : The Beach, The Outsiders & Now and Then (one of my FAVORITE movies!!) for $3.44 a piece.
Also on BF I bought Family Guy vol 2 for my BF (but since we live together... it's like it's mine too
) at Target for $17.88.
TGiving at Kmart I bought Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas for $12.99.
And in the mail I received Camp Nowhere from the DeepDiscountDVD sale I had posted about a few weeks ago. I had placed the order for my BF's xmas gift- Office Space SE w/ Flair and added on Camp Nowhere for myself since it was only $5. Office Space was $11.50 and even came with a brand new looking slipcover!

Devil's Advocate - $3.50

Aerosmith - Rockin' the Joint (Dual-Disc CD/DVD) (should have been $5, but a jerk employee at Wal-Mart insisted it was not on sale... once I realized that I was right and found the ad to take in and prove my case, another employee confirmed that it was on sale, but by then it was past 11 and I couldn't get it for the sale price anymore
... and then I find out the Target version has extra tracks for less money! I hate Wal-Mart sometimes.)

Sadly, our family did not partake in Black Friday as much as we anticipated. I got up at 2 pm, we didn't leave the house until 5, and we only went to Target, then to Wal-Mart to walk around, then to Fuddrucker's for dinner (who has dinner at 9?)
At Target, I was able to get Charlie and the Chocolate Factory 2-Disc DE for $14.88 and I kinda feel guilty about it. Only the single discs were suppoesd to be on sale for BF, but the 2-disc scanned cheap as well and I was supposed to pay $24.99, but since it scanned $14.88 it's Target's fault. So I paid $10 less, woohoo!
Didn't buy any DVDs at Wal-Mart, though I wanted to. I saw they had Blade Runner and Pleasantville in their big stacks of WB/New Line DVDs for $3.44, but my parents were giving me the riot act about how many DVDs I have so I put them back simply because I live with them and I'd rather they not look at me in that "I can't believe you're wasting your money" look. Suffice it to say, my sibs and cousin and I went to Wal-Mart again today, and the stack was gone, so I couldn't buy it on the sly like I usually do.
And more irony for Escapay. Everyone knows about how ironic it is that I bought the comic-book-less Batman Begins DE for $22.99, only to find it the next day at another mall for the same price but with the comic book. Well now, I bought the used single-disc edition of The Outsiders for $6.99 at Coconuts, and lo and behold at Wal-Mart's BF sale, they had it as one of the WB/New Line $3.44 DVDs. If I only waited a couple days and if I only was able to buy it without the 'rents seeing me...
Today was a good DVD Day, though. At the mall, I was at GameStop and found the 2-Disc CE of Dinosaur mispriced at $7.99! $7.99 is usually for the single-disc, so some ignoramus employee mispriced the 2-disc, hooray for me!

I had completely forgotten about the deluxe edition coming out. It was an impulse buy. He is so hard to shop for and he loved that movie. I was shopping..I saw it for cheap...I grabbed it. Oh well. I still have to think of something else to get him....a couple of things for that matter. I may still get him the deluxe edition...I didn't pay much for the one I got Friday. We shall see.
I forgot to mention, today I got Bram Stoker's Dracula and Hook from my Secret Santa
