I just got an extra 350 points added to my account today. My Christmas Carol stubs were processed along with my missing code from Muppet's Christmas Carol and The Great Muppet Caper. And thanks to the two double points days, my points are at 6065 right now. Haven't seen Princess and the Frog yet but that will add another 200 points.
Not sure what to get. I got a bunch of DVDs on my wishlist, but that Grape Soda pin is tempting. I also have on my wishlist the Studio Tour, but the only reason that's on there is because of that "Season Wrapped in Wishes" sweepstakes.

What sort of packaging did it come in? Did it keep the poster safe? I always worry about things like that getting boogered up in the mail.MutantEnemy wrote:I got my The Princess and the Frog signed poster, and if anyone is debating whether or not to redeem their points for it, it comes with:
Animators including their Supervising Animation credits for reference!

Totally worth it if you have the points. When's the next time all of these animation legends will be able to sign together on the same poster?
Oh and it's a real movie theater poster meaning it's double sided!

Posters are like the ONLY thing I get! But that Up lunchbox is adorable, I may splurge for it because I don't think the poster is coming back!
Maerj - they come in hard mailing tubes, pretty hard to beat up unless you're really trying. I've gotten 9 posters through DMR and they've all come in perfect shape.
I don't know if I'm an anomaly because DMR is headquartered 4 hours from my house in Neenah, WI or not. I should go loot the place!

I had a "Little Mermaid" poster sent to my apartment in Boston, and it arrived in perfect shape in the mailing tube. I don't think anyone should be too concerned about the state they'll arrive in.
"Ta ta ta taaaa! Look at me... I'm a snowman! I'm gonna go stand on someone's lawn if I don't get something to do around here pretty soon!"
I got the same thing and agree 100% it is worth the points.MutantEnemy wrote:I got my The Princess and the Frog signed poster, and if anyone is debating whether or not to redeem their points for it, it comes with:

On Shipping, I ordered it on December 15th, shipped on the 16th and got it on the 17th. It did come in a hard container, but the top right corner was bend some. No biggie at all, but it can happen.
My signatures were a little different as I don't thing I got Michael Surrey. I got one of someone I have no clue who it is. It looks like Widlon Sunny. The only reason I think it is not Mr. Surrey is because the first name for sure ends with an on. The first letter of the first name is also written as lil minus the dot over the I. I looked at the IMDB page and have no clue who it is. Anyone got any idea?

Thanks for the ansewrs on the posters guys!
I've had a bit of bad luck lately so everything is sort of worrying me at this point. I blew my points on the poster as well, so it should be here soon if I get it in the same time frame that you guys got yours. I'll have to check and post the signatures to compare. ::crosses fingers::

Yeah, the one that looks like Widlon Sunny is actually Michael Surrey, it just looks like street tag, LOL! It looks like he completely skips letters or makes them look like something else altogether, but it is him.pvdfan wrote: My signatures were a little different as I don't thing I got Michael Surrey. Yes, the Lou Ferigno (sp?) autograph I got from him at Wizard World Texas looks like it says ANYTHING but that. I forget what letters it looks like, but even the L and F look like totally different letters.Maerj wrote:

And thanks for those pics of the Ellie badge. I really want one, though I don't know when I'll have that many points again and I had really psyched myself up for that Monkey's Uncle/Moon Pilot double DVD deal.
Still no word from them about my Princess and the Frog soundtrack points. Guess I'll have to e-mail them again... Still need to see the movie. I hope to squeeze it in this week sometime maybe, though I have so much going on. MUST see it before December is out though. I won't fail!

Mine came via UPS and required a signature upon delivery. It was packaged in a ultra hard tube that would take a person jumping on it to bend it.buffalobill wrote:Does the poster signed by the animators come by the Post Office or UPS? And how is it packaged? I think I may be able to order it before the end of the weekend.
