From the motion capture techniques developed for the project to the emotional storylines to the influences of the research trips around the world, you will be able to see the word of Arendelle come to life November 2013.
What? There was motion capture involved?

Disney must be confident that Olaf is going to be everyone's favorite character in the movie. The next great comic relief side character after the Minions in Despicable Me.
It's going to be real interesting to see how we all react to Olaf once we see the movie. Is he going to be a beloved side character like Timon and Pumbaa in Lion King or hated like the Gargoyles in Hunchback of Notre Dame?

Olaf has already grown on me. I think Josh Gad's voice acting and mannerisms will make him a likeable character. Then again, I like the Gargoyles from HoND. They shouldn't have been in the film because they create a jarringly comical tone but I still think they're fun as characters.

Yeah, i know that i'll love Olaf. i love Josh Gad. The funny thing is that I had a huge feeling that someone from Book of Mormon was going to be him! Not to mention that I heard great things about Josh in real life.
Also, i know that Olaf is going to be like Ray. Everyone hates him before the movie, but then everyone loves him when they see it! Not to mention that he sounds like a big sweetheart.
Well, I just got my 3-Day ticket for the D23 Expo, and you can bet that I'll try my best to get there early in order to watch the Walt Disney Animation panel next Friday. And I'm looking forward to seeing what they've done so far for Frozen.
Of course, cell phones and other recording devices are not allowed and will be checked before guests enter the arena. So, I'll have to try my best to report using my memory.
I think I'm gonna love Olaf. It's Sven who I'm going to hate..
But i have faith on Chris Buck. I was very impressed with Tarzan, so i can't wait to see what he's doing.
I like that the characters are addressing how ridiculous it is for someone to fall in love and get married in just a day. Enchanted did it, Brave did it, and now this is doing it. Which is kind of ironic, seeing as how the classic movies were all about love at first sight. My how the times have changed.

and the bravest journeys, are never taken alone."

I assume that they actually meant rotoscoping, as in the same technique used in most animated Disney films where real people act out scenes for the animators to trace/reference. They'd probably do the same with Frozen for realistic human movement. It essentially pioneered the idea of motion capture in the first place, and I think it would count as a motion capture sub-type.
Yeah, Josh Gad is a great actor and singer so I have faith that he'll make Olaf awesome and hilarious. I pray that he'll have a song. Also, I love how Olaf's story appears to be building up to something tragic, much like Ray's. I have a feeling that many will regret ever hating him after seeing the film.

Right but it half defeats the purpose of animating.
I'm starting to like Olaf as well, specially since I've seen one of the leaked pages where Elsa and Anna are "building?" him as little girls. That makes me think that he'll be more important that I thought. He may be the one joining the sisters again. I picture him appearing and saying to Anna and Kristoff "Hey, I'm Olaf!". After freaking out, Anna is in shock and remembers when she named that snowman with Elsa when they were 2 little girls. Now Anna knows that Olaf can guide them to Elsa. Also, his name means Relic, ancestral heritage.
As some were saying, now I don't really like Sven. I mean, the first time I saw his face in one of the leaked pictures I thought he was funny and I liked him. But now I don't really like him, he's too grey(?). Hopefully he'll be better in the final movie.

this sound like some stuff going on the news with leaks and getting the stuff out there, only less extreme and more trivial
Perhaps they are keeping a top lid on stuff is because Elsa is actually a hired British stage actor playing the part of The Snow Queen and isn't a real person so to speak and is just a role.

Any news about the Frozen trailer on Disney XD yesterday?
I did a short search on Twitter and apparently that trailer is just the old one.
