My disney story is as thus:
I am Ashley, I'm 19 years old, I have a disneyland annual pass and go to disneyland frequently. The first disney movie I saw in theatres was the little mermaid, and my fav disney movies are a tie between Pocahontas and Peter Pan.
My fav show at disneyland WAS the spirit of pocahontas, my best friend and I were known as the Pocahontas Groupies, and our rivals were the Hunchback groupies, but now my fav show there is the snow white musical
Disney always has touched my life and it will always be a big part of my life for as long as I live and remember in faith, trust and pixie dust

Hello Y'all,
My Name is Gus, I'm 46 and I just joined. I found this site about 4 months ago and I couldn't believe that there were other people out there like me that collected Disney movies. This is so cool
.My first Disney movie that I saw in a Theater was Mary Poppins. I've been to Disneyland twice way back in the late 1980's . I'm currently collecting Disney Dvd's and older T.V. shows. Thanks

Hello, my name is Richard. I'm 19 years old and recently joined this site... yesterday.
Disney has always been a staple in my home ever since I can remember. My brother, sister, and I practically grew up on the channel. I can't really stand the programs it has on now. With Boy Meets World being the exception, if they even play that anymore. But anyhow, I consider myself a big fan of the older musicals, animated films, and shorts and I don't really pay attention to any of Disney's new projects. I do enjoy Pixar, though.
Oh, and I really wish that Disneyland would tear down the NEW Tomorrowland and reconstruct the old Tomorrowland. I miss Circle Vision

Thanks for sharing, Richard, and another welcome to you!
for liking Boy Meets World and Home Improvement!

I have always loved Disney. However, this year, Disney has become even more special to me. In February, my husband asked me to marry him one night during the Firework show (Wishes) at DisneyWorld in Florida. We had so much fun there in February, we decided to go back for our honeymoon in the end of August/beginning of September. Unfortunately hurricane Francise ran us out of Florida a couple days early. We did get the year pass, so hopefully we will be able to go back and finish our honeymoon this coming up February.

A proposal at Disneyworld. What a dream come true. XD <3
Anyhoo, my name is Jeannette and I'm 19 years old.
My first real memory (I say this because I'd seen Disney stuff before and been to Disneyland and whatnot... I just wasn't old enough to really absorb it all) of Disney is when Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was being rereleased in theatres back in... o, the early '90s, I think. My family and I were supposed to go but the showing times didn't work out so we watched Tom and Jerry instead (I was very upset, btb). We did eventually get to watch it, though. XD Then of course was The Lion King and Pocahontas... the latter being my favorite Disney film ever produced. The former was the first film to make me cry, though.
Ever since then, I've seen just about every animation Disney has released that I care to see (except for Sleeping Beauty... can you believe that?) and own most of the VHS tapes and a couple of their DVD counterparts. And the rest is history. O dear, did that come too late? XD~
[EDIT: "Dwarfs"... dwarfs, blast it!

HI I'm 16 years old.
I have been watching Disney movies for as long as I can remember. My favorites as a small kid were:
great mouse detective
cinderella
101 dalmatians
alice in wonderland
I have never been to Disneyland or Disneyworld unfortunately. My likeness of Disney had faded with my starting of high school. But then I found this site and it all came back, and alot of cash has left me because of it (especially because of my late start on the treasures). Now I am a regular on this forum and enjoy Disney movies just like I did when I was 6, probably more now that I can appreciate the tecnhical and story background.
