Well, I am kind of a stickler to having exact replicas, so I might pass it up. Also, it will most likely not be hardcover, since I am used to being horribly surprised about those issues... Anyway, I have discovered the sculpture is worth 170 bucks!
It would be horrible if it disappeared...
It says that there are limited quantities, and that I need 4630 points left to get it... Maybe I should just get the backpack now...
Well, it costs $170 -- not the same thing.SmartAleck25 wrote:Anyway, I have discovered the sculpture is worth 170 bucks! It would be horrible if it disappeared...
While the Double Points Days were nice (at least the first one with the higher cap!), I preferred last year's promotion (2nd anniversary of DMR). They only gave you 50 extra points per title then, up to four titles, but they also reduced a lot of the prizes by 30%. I was able to pick up Chef Louis for just 2,125 points that way.

Thank you for your help. I think I put aside Big Red because it was made later after Walt had died but I could be wrong. I certainly don't have it yet.Mouseketodd wrote:Gurgi30:
It's true, you might be able to find some of these titles for relatively low prices at Best Buy or an online reseller, but if no other Reward categories interest you, then redeeming points for these movies beats shelling out $ for them.
Has anyone ordered the apple and if so is it worth the 2,100 points?

I'll save you the search. The apple is crap. Almost every person who bought one has complained that they were defective. Lotsa chips, cracks, the occasional worm.

15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

No, Big Red was released in 1962, so it is a Walt-era movie.Gurgi30 wrote:...Thank you for your help. I think I put aside Big Red because it was made later after Walt had died but I could be wrong. I certainly don't have it yet....

Thank you so much!Matt wrote:Who ever enter points and didn't get them doubled, make sure you use the "Contact Us" button and send them an email. Do not bother to call because they are so useless when you call lol. It is better to email them!
Has anyone contacted them and have they responded yet? I know it says it takes a few days but sometimes they are fast.
I find it hard to believe they'll double my Pinocchio blu-ray when I later entered three other codes of lesser value that were doubled, but you never know.
And by the way.. I am still in need of one code. If any one can help, please PM me. I'd be happy to return the favor.

BTW, could someone post pics of the Snow White Crystal Apple or the Kevin plush(es)? I'm wondering if they look as nice as they do in the catalog.
There ya go!
