She's supposed to. She's sick.
Seems like a huge waste of Indina Menzel's voice, then.

The short was ADORABLE. I loved it. Elsa wanting everything to go right, Anna's selflessness, Kristoff's outburst and following bashfulness, Olaf and his 'little brothers!' and naming them all

The only thing I didn't like? They seemed to cut the part where Elsa takes Oaken's medication, which makes her loopy. So it just looks like she gets high at the end. So some clarification there would have been nice for those who don't follow articles/interviews. (Which is the majority of the world haha.)

Miss Manday, that was my conclusion as well! Glad I wasn't the only one who wondered if that's what was going on.

I've just seen the short and I must say it was rather charming.

It was fun but there were waaaaaay too many throwbacks to the original film. The song is awful, though, and I didn't like how Elsa's magic got a bizarre, illogical upgrade. But yay for stoned Elsa.

Wow, Elsa and Anna were almost....mother and daughter!
The original Hans Christian Andersen story that it's based on was very different. Elsa was more of a villain and at one point it was -- 'Will Elsa and Anna to be mother and daughter? Should they be sisters? Should they be enemies? How do we play it?' And the story just began to reveal itself -- what it wanted to be throughout the last couple of months."

Yes.
ooh neat! Im wondering now, the fact that they even bothered to give him a scene(even if a cameo) means that the creators are still thinking of him & he might return for the sequel and get more backstory for him.

I finally saw "Frozen Fever" with "Cinderella" today and about the former; I really enjoyed it. It was better than "Frozen" and much better than the generic "Tangled Ever After" (sorry guys, but that's how I felt about the latter). "Frozen Fever" was cute and fun.

The 7 minute short was better than the whole of Frozen ?! Really ? May I ask what makes you say that ?

Because I found the short more charming and enjoyable than the movie. The movie itself was hampered by many flaws; A really busy script/plot, dramatically unevenness and a generic score.

Yes, nothing in the short felt forced. I wasn't a fan of the final 20 minutes of the film.
