Oh okay, thanks for researching that for me. Looks like, I'll try to get it at Australia Target, hopefully they'll have that their. I know that the other one's probably better, but it feels good, having all of the vids made for it, in one set. And no problem on the feedback, I consider it my duty to comment on these great reviews. They're not just for us forum members and Disney freaks, they're read by people the world over, wondering if they should buy the DVD, and they are so good and full of information, it's hard not to say how great they are.

Just read the Home Improvement-Season 6 review, it looks really good. I haven't seen Home Improvement in a while, so it rekindled ssome nostalgia in me, and I haven't even heard of the claymation ep, so it was good to see what they'd look like as clay. It was a really good review, but where were the original airdates? It looked a little bare on the ep titles, and I figured out that the airdate listings were missing. What happened? Regardless, it was great review, and I love reading the little captions on the images. They're really quick-witted, I love it. Keep up the great work guys.

I just read the Scrubs-Season 5 review- perfect as usual. Great news that they included the extended cut of the 100th episode, I've seen that, I forgot I had. I hope they continue the standard that they have for these sets, they're really full of bonuses aren't they? If only they'd do that for Home Improvement and we'd be set!

Wow! It’s been a while since I last left feedback.
I enjoyed your Jump In! review, Escapay. I must say before reading your review, I had no intentions of ever watching this movie. Now, I’m definitely going to give it a chance the next time in airs on the Disney Channel.

Great job on the Déjà vu and The Queen reviews, Luke. They definitely sound like movies I would enjoy. I plan on renting them both soon. Great job on the Dinosaurs, Home Improvement, and Scrubs reviews too. I still enjoy seeing which episodes make your top picks in each review.

I must say that I really like the idea of reviewing non-disney DVDs. I look forward to seeing more reviews from you guys. That was a spot on review for the Night at the Museum, Luke, I completely agree with your closing paragraph in the review. As for the Big 2-Disc Extended Edition review, Luke, I greatly appreciate the time you spent reviewing the DVD. Big is one of my favorite movies, but I don’t own a copy of it yet. I was on the fence about whether or not to buy this edition. Your review gave me the push I needed, and I will be picking it up soon.

Great job on the Dreamgirls review, Aaron. I went ahead and made a blind purchase of the movie, since you have been praising the movie all year. I wasn’t disappointed in my purchase, and I enjoyed reading your review.

As always, keep up the good work guys, and I will keep on reading all your well written and informative reviews.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, CJ and James. It's nice to hear from people reading the reviews, especially when they have as thought-out, thoughtful comments to share. I appreciate the kind words!

No problem. Just read the Epic Movie review, it was just what I expected the film would be. Shallow and pointless. That's the movie not the review, it was cool that you added all the films they spoofed, from the misadvertising I thought that Pirates was in it more. Oh and I seriously thought Anna Faris was in it, I thought that that chick was her. Informative, huh. Keep up the great writing Luke, you have a great and slightly sarcastic style to it, as do you Aaron. It makes them fun to read.

I just read the review of Kyle XY. Very well crafted review - a perfect introduction to the show for someone like me who's never seen it.

You guys work so hard on these reviews. They definitely are the meat and potatoes of the website, and just wanted you all to know we do appreciate it, even if we don't get to read all of them.

I remember seeing a promo for this show many moons ago, but I hardly ever watch that channel and thus forgot to check the show out. Now that I know what it's about, I definitely going to watch for it when the new season starts. It sounds to me that he's probably an alien, but I'll reserve judgment until I can watch the show! :P

BTW, do you guys remember a TV series that was on ABC Family not too long ago (10pm Tuesdays?), that centered on a group of teens living on a vacation type of island (like the island in the movie Jaws, somewhere on the East Coast, I assume). The stars were a teenage girl who had left the island to become a supermodel, she returns and she has a money-grubbing mom who is a hairdresser. She owes money I think to some creep who tries to get her to go back to modeling. But then has an on-again off-again romance with ex-boyfriend on the island, who is also involved with some rich girl with messed up parents. (yes I'd make a great reviewer, eh? ) I wish I could remember the name of that show. I think I watched it for about 3 or 4 weeks in a row when it first started, then I forgot about it and never saw it again. Now I can't even remember the name of it. I wonder if it got canceled? Pretty sure it was an ABC Family series. I"m wondering what the name of it is, if it's still on or if they put it out on DVD and someone here has reviewed it. I'd like to know what happened after I stopped watching. :P

Aaron, good review on That Thing You Do extended edition. It has always been a fave of mine, and I was very happy with the extended cut, which helped to flesh out the story. I'm not sure why you find the ending to be lackluster, it always seemed to be appropriate to me.

And one thing you didn't mention about the extended cut was the inclusion of Howie Long as Mr. White's boyfriend.

Thank you very much for the kind words on Dreamgirls, James, and on That Thing You Do!, Poppins#1. Regarding the latter, there are actually quite a few extensions and revisions that didn't make it into that list. I started to list them all, but a complete list would be far too large to fit tidily in one review, so I just selected those that were most memorable to me.

Thanks again to both of you -- always nice to see confirmation that reviews are read and thought about!

No problem, Aaron. Oh, just read the That Thing You Do review, and it was great. I've never even heard of that movie before (I know, I'm embaressed) but I really want to see it now. The concept sounds cool, and it'd be great if they remade it using more of today's stars, not that Liv, Tom and Charlize aren't still in the limelight, but there are hotter stars around today that could do a great job of remaking it.
I also read the two Luke review, Apocalypto, and the Pirates 3 review. Apocalypto was also great, really loved how you described how gory it was, without going too in depth. I'd like to see it though, seems interesting. And the Pirates 3 review was well-done, I don't know if I want to see it now. I probably will, but I mean it's 3 hours, and slow, and I barely got through the last one, so it'll be a hard slog through it. I like the movies, they're just a bit too heavy for me, and I'd rather watch them on TV, in the comfort of my own home (keep in mind it's Winter here in Oz, and absolutely freezing nowadays).
Anyway, great work, keep it up. I really appreciate all these articles and reviews you guys still make for us, they're great and it's nice knowing how dedicated not just you guys are, but the rest of the team are to bringing us new Disney info. Great stuff. :)

Since the Friendship Edition of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is coming in June 19, I was wondering if you could do the review for The Tigger Movie.

Thanks.

After what felt like a ton of disagreements with Luke, I'm glad to say you've done a... well, fantastic job on the Fantastic Four review.

I totally agree with your critique of the movie! It's nice to see the film get the justice it deserves(which is making me warm up to the concept of an Ultimate Non-Disney DVD site more and more) both your praises and reading about the awesome bonus features. I might pick up the DVD tomorrow.

I'll second that - "fantastic" <i>Fantastic</i> review, Luke (I was looking forward to using that, so I'm going to even if T/P fan beat me to it). Very well-written and completely comprehensive, dissuading my initial doubts about whether the movie is worth seeing and giving me all I need to know about the new edition. Based on your review, I went out and picked up this new Extended Edition DVD tonight and will finally be watching this movie soon. Thanks for another great review!

Great <i>Norbit</i> review, Albert! Reading your derision of the movie's weaknesses was most enjoyable. I admit the previews for this intrigued me, but I saw it clearly going one of two ways: funny (<i>Big Momma's House</i>, <i>The Nutty Professor 2</i>) or crass, unfunny, and dumb (<i>The Nutty Professor</i>, most Eddie Murphy movies). Sounds like it definitely took the lesser route. I think I'll spare myself. If I'm in the mood for some Murphy, I'll opt for <i>Dreamgirls</i> or one of his more popular titles that I haven't yet seen.

Thanks for the latest set of feedback on <i>Fantastic Four</i> and others! It's much appreciated.

Kind of sad to see how few people share their thoughts on these articles, but then I imagine it could be a challenge to write a unique sentence or two on every review posted here without getting repetitive. Sorta like writing a dozen paragraphs on nearly 600 DVDs, I guess!

I'm really looking forward to the Hannah Montana, HSM- The Concert, and Sin City reviews, along with the final Ellen set. Oh, and great reviewing too guys, I liked the Norbit one by Albert, totally agree with you there, wasn't even going to waste my time watching it, and I loved the Fantastic Four one, the sequel looks good, I might buy the first one after reading your always perfect review Luke. :) Oh, and the Venus, and Radio Disney Party Jams reviews were great too, Luke, and Aaron, respectively. Keep it up, I'm sure it's tons of work keeping this site going, but you're all doing a great job.

Thanks, James! :)

I really enjoyed the "Silver Spoons" review, Luke. I wasn't at all familiar with the show prior to the DVD coming out and your take on it as a chance to discover a fun artifact from an awesome part of the past has me definitely interested. Not surprised by the lack of bonuses, but the video quality sounds like a plus.

Anyway, it's been awhile since I left feedback so as usual, a great job to the UD Reviewers! Pink elephant time!

:pink: :pink: :pink: :pink: :pink:
:pink: :pink: :pink: :pink:

If I counted correctly, that's an elephant for every review (DVD, movie, and roundup) since my last feedback. If it's short one, then here's an extra :pink:. And if it's one too many, well, I'll save that pink elephant for later!

I do have to say I really liked the Kyle XY and Ghost Rider reviews. I've been meaning to pick up the Kyle XY set for awhile, and while I'm a bit disappointed that the featurette isn't much, I'm looking forward to hearing the commentaries. And I liked the critique of Ghost Rider, it's totally spot on and

I still have to read the two Paul Newman movie reviews and the Silver Spoon review, but I'm sure those will be excellent as usual.

Thanks, Escapay, for the fantastic Secret of NIMH review. It's great to see others' appreciation for this fine film. It's a shame the new transfer isn't what it could have been, but I'll buy this anyway, since my current copy is the original 1998 release. I'll take slight improvement over no improvement at all. I am very pleased to see that both aspect ratios are included on this release. That's something that I've been vocal about on this forum in regards to animated films that were drawn this way.

I would also like to give my - somewhat late - thanks to Luke for his Fantastic Four review. This is one of the few comic book movies that I have yet to pick up, and your review sealed it for me. I think I'm looking forward to the extras on this disc almost as much as the movie.

And finally, to everyone who writes for the site - thank you for all you do. I may not comment on every review or article that is added to the site, but I assure you it is all appreciated.
