Okay,I heard the song and I think it's very good it reminds of This Is Halloween and Home Is but It's hard hearing the lyircs thanks to the "Wheeeeee!!!!" .
I think that this time I"ll hear the songs when I"ll see the film (Unlike Enchanted).
if u can't stand the randy newman singing..wait till u hear dr john's version and countless other future disneymania cover versions of it.maybe you'll change ur mind. i cant stand his singing either.sounds like he's short tongued.
Is anyone else worried that "The Princess and the Frog" might be Disney's final hand-drawn film? I know it seemed that way back in 2004 too, but given the end result of "Home on the Range" maybe they wanted to give the medium the proper send-off with "The Princess and the Frog"?
I mean, if they had faith in hand-drawn animation, they would have certainly announced more 2D films to come. And like akhenaten said in another thread, John Lasseter seems like a complete hypocrite: first he announces he wants Disney to return to its roots and hand-drawn animation and then he lets "Tinker Bell" movie to be made and shuts down production on other DTVs. Why is "Tinker Bell" above other DTVs? I'd much rather watch "Aristocats II" or "Mulan III".

No, I noticed that, too, but it seems to me they're testing the waters with TPATF. Disney seems to be the only major movie company with a 2D movie set to be released, anyway, so if this movie is a success, I have a feeling 2D movies will be put back into motion like crazy.
Isn't King Of The Elvs a hand drawn film?.
Anyway,I"m sure that they"ll make more hand drawn films,Home On The Range was supposed to be the final one but now there's Enchanted and the Princess and the Frog.

Yeah, that's why they chose a Princess film to begin with. But it shouldn't be that way. If they really meant what they said they would be making 2D films regardless of TPatF's success or failure.

I don't think "King of the Elves" is going to be hand-drawn. Aren't they using that 3-D technique for movie-theaters on it? I think it only works with CG films.

I hope you're right. I'll see it ten times if that's what it takes to see more hand-drawn films.
Oh,poor Angelina, she doesn't know that there is an upcoming black princess, and oh,she forgot Jasmine (Arabian),Pocahontas (Native American),Mulan (Asian) and Ariel who isn't even a human.
And poor Angelina never heard of Tarzan or The Lion King (Thought it doesn't have african princess but the characters in Lion King are from Africa and the characters in Tarzan live in Africa but came from other country).
I think that it's unnecessary to make a black princess just because "Oh,boo hoo! why there's no black princess? Disney is racist" it's very silly of some people to hate Disney just because they don't a black princess (Remember that rent on YouTube about Tiana being a chambermaid? look at the comments),besides-They already gets rents about her being a chambermaid but oh,it's okay that Snow White and Cinderella have to clean around and be treated badly by their stepfamilies but Tiana have to be above everybody in her film because she's black? (Thought the real reason that Tiana is black is to make more money for the Princess line,it's only who makes more money).
I suppose that she just went to Blockbuster to rent a movie and just saw Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty or Beauty and the Beast and noticed that the heroine is white and thought that they should have a black one.

I think Angie must be one of those parents who think children actually notice people's race in an animated film. It's just not true, and not only of animated films, but of live-action films too. Little white girls will like Cinderella AND Tiana and little black girls will like Cinderella AND Tiana.
I agree (She also seems like those parents who buy\show their daughters the Princess films because "All the little children love Princesses" something that the Princess line done and she basicly knows Sleeping Beauty,Cinderella,Snow White,The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast).

And who's fault is that? Hers? Or Disney marketing? I seem to remember people pointing out Jasmine was getting less and less attention in the Princess franchise recently, and of course Mulan and Pocahontas are "missing in action" in pretty much everything.
