I thought the special was pretty good. Most people watching hadn't researched the movie endlessly like people here so there was a lot more new information for them than the diehard fans.

The premise sounds so childish.
Is Kristoff going to get jealous cause Elsa has powers and he doesnt?
Yeah. And especially since Elsa's icy powers is going to be a burden for everything once again. Why repeating the same plotline over again, when Elsa's lack of control of her powers was already the catalyst for the entire first "Frozen"?

Yay for them doing a short a la Tangled Ever After ! But not so yay for the plot methinks ….. sounds like one of the Princesses Enchanted Tales ?

Will the Making Of appear on youtube, or will Disney not allow ?

I'm really looking forward to this Frozen short. I think stuff like this is the route they should go instead of a full-blown sequel.

the one thing that kept coming up throughout the whole special...your life is meaningless without CHILDREN!

erm...anyway...yeah pretty meh. And nothing about Hans...I think he must be the most neglected Disney villian in ages. Even Faciller & Hades got alot of promo and attention..geez.

Im happy for the short, i guess...as long as it isnt about Olaf...

I saw the special and I though it was well done, the Big Hero 6 sneak peek was pretty funny. The Frozen short does sound very promising. :)

I finally saw the special and overall, I liked it. It was informative and elaborate, but could have been longer. Josh Gad was a fine host and I simply love Jonathan Groff. But I still would have liked to see more stories about "Frozen".

taei, I don't know you're talking about. The special was great. Yes, I wish we had Hans & the duke and a little bit more of the old movie. But, what we had great. Evil Elsa was exactly what I pictured. And of course, they were going to bring up the success and fandom. This was a hit that came out of nowhere.

It was a very good special. The only thing I would've changed was to have at least something about Hans. Besides that, it was well-done! Josh Gad was a fine host. Honestly, what more did people expect? This was made for the masses, not just for Frozen/Disney/animation fans.

I think I just had high expectations....

The second commenter on that first link made a good point, that trolls will more than likely be a part of the Frozen ride, too, giving a little Norwegian authenticity to the ride. I wonder what will become of the end part of the ride, where you're trapped in the little town until the doors open for the movie. I always thought that that was such an inconvenience.

I just heard an acoustic version of "Love is an Open Door" on the radio sung by the Lopez duo. I think they're doing some radio interview.

Edit: No, I guess not. It was so surreal though.

Disney have plenty of animated films which dont revolve around women chasing men. It's so convenient how those films are ignored when handy. Lilo and Stitch (or rather Nani and Lilo and Stitch) and Mulan come to mind.

It's funny how she plays a character who began a smart and respectable woman but was reduceded to a two-liner joke who is either chasing Sheldon's intimacy or lusting over a pretty blonde who looks more like a barbie doll that Elsa and Anna.

My biggest issue with Mayim Bialik's criticism of Frozen is the preposterous accusation of misandry. It's like listening to an MRA thug instead of an intelligent woman who calls herself a feminist.

I like her, but Mayim Bialik's comments on several subjects the past week or so have been ridiculous and this is no exception.

The Big Bang Theory is about as funny as watching paint dry. Should we call her out on that?

Had to look up who she is anyway.
