I think Friends ended at a good time. All of the characters finished up their story lines (of course, except Joey)...and though I would have liked to see Ross and Rachel get married, I'm happy that they're back together.
During the first few seasons I was really upset when Monica didn't marry Richard, but of course, I NEVER saw it coming that she'd fall for Chandler! Another year would have probably posed more questions than answers. It leaves us at a very pinacle point in their lives: New babies, new husbands, new house, and a fresh start for Ross and Rachel. Let's hope that The Joey Show does well enough to keep my favorite pizza eating-Baywatch watching goofball on the air for years to come.

I think Friends ended in a way that wasn't entirely conclusive for a purpose- The Joey Show. To be honest, I don't see that show surviving unless they can periodically bring back members of the Friends cast in miniature story arcs... much like they did with Richard or Janice when the show needed a boost.

I always thought Joey and Phoebe would get married (the other 4 ending up was a given, too). I think it would have happened that way, too, had The Joey Show not been invented.

I agree, Joey and Phoebe would have been wonderful together...but since she did marry "outside" of the circle, I would have wanted her to marry David. Though Mike was the only one who could rival Phoebe's quirkyness. (Princess Consuela Banana Hamock and Crap Bag?)

I'm hoping the others come back for periodic visits, but even if they don't, I'm delusionally hoping the show does well on its own.

My favourites include Sex and the City, the Simpsons, Coupling (UK), and One Foot in the Grave (UK). In case you haven't seen the latter, it's quite similar with Keeping Up Appearances. I'm also a big fan of British sketch shows like Big Train and Smack the Pony.

And even though at some point I thought that Friends is a worn out show that should have ended many seasons ago, it still manages to make me laugh...

I like her shows, there okay, but I find her to be a bit annoying. She just seems too happy all of the time, then again she does have her own tv show and she knows how to cook some awesome meals.

I forgot about all the shows on Food Network, my favorite is probably Good Eats, followed closely by Iron Chef.

I also like that show MXC (I think thats the name, the show on Spike tv)

I forgot all about Seinfeld, I don't know how I did that.
