Firstly, I'm mainly going to go one about animation. I would most likely want to indulge myself in that, as that's the main thing I like about Disney. Yep, I want to start a new renaissance.
1. Firstly, I'd revive 2D animation. I personally feel that this does have some life left. It's just bottled up.
2. I'd give the animators etc one goal when working on an animated film. I'd show them a picture of a shelf. On the shelf are Disney classics on DVD. There's Snow White, Pinocchio, Alice in Wonderland, Little Mermaid, Aladdin and Sleeping Beauty. I'd tell the animators; attempt to make better films than what is on that shelf.
3. I'd revive the animated fairy tale musical. I'd really want to get my hands into one of these productions as I have many ideas and hopes for them. Possible suggestions; The Frog Prince, The Nutcracker, Tom Thumb, Puss in Boots.
4. I wouldn't get celebrity upon celebrity to join the voice cast. That can sometimes ruin production.
As for the rest of the company-
1. I'd build a new Disneyland in England.
2. I'd stop DTV productions, or at least scale back on them.
3. I'd reissue classic Disney movies into cinemas.
4. I'd stop this "platinum" and "gold" idea on DVD. Just go back to "classics". Give everything the same status, although keep some of the titles on 2 discs.
1. Bring all Disney shows like Duck Tales, Tale Spin, Rescue Rangers, Gargoyles, Home Improvement and others on DVD as seasons sets.
2. Make Toon Disney a Basic Cable channel so everyone could see the classic animated shows of the 80’s and 90’s.
3. Do whatever to keep Pixar with Disney and keep it forever.
4. Make ABC and ABC Family better shows fix all the shows make all those reality shows to go away. I would make a new show with Jim Belushi, Tim Allen, Richard Karn and Harrison Ford in a comedy all together. It would be a male version of “Sex in the City. By the Way this show would only be for adults and would start like at 10 p.m.
5. I would still make Disney sequels but I would make them less cheap and better thought out with a new plot and twist.
7. I would release Song of the South and keep it in market for ten years.
8. I would re-release all Disney animated classics as Platinum Edition with a 2 Disc on the anniversary of the film. I would re-release all other Disney movies Live Action, Disney Channel Original and Other like Pixar or Duck Tales: Treasure of the Lost Lamp as 2 Disc Special Edition DVD.
9. I would make more better animated shows on The Disney Channel and would make a spin-off channel of Playtime Disney.
10.Build a third theme park in the U.S.

If I ran Disney. I would go through the Disney Vaults and release on DVD every Classic Live Action film Disney ever made. And to finally get Perri released in the states. And I would also release every Disney TV Series ever made on DVD also.

1. SoapNet goes on Basic Cable. Create SoapNet 2, SoapNet 3, and SoapNet 4, which also go on Basic Cable.
2. 2D animation is revived, and I reopen the Florida Animation Studios. Rather than one-movie-a-year, I'd actually put quality over quantity to ensure a good flowing storyline. It doesn't necessarily have to be a fairytale musical, just so long as it's an animated movie with a strong hero/heroine, lovable-sometimes-annoying sidekicks, and the misunderstood villain. Musical instances, but not a let's-break-out-and-sing-every-five-minutes dance numbers.
3. The parks would all get rehabs, so as to put more emphasis on quality over quantity. Stores would get more personalized, with exclusive items. It seems that virtually every store in the parks are all just jacked-up-priced Disney Stores. Rides would now have less congested lines, and I'd keep Carousel of Progress open all year rather than seasonal.
4. Biggest gambles here, but I'd REALLY make Epcot the way Walt envisioned it. Also, a new "vintage" park, where all the old attractions are rebuilt so people see what they missed out in previous years. Attractions like Horizons, Alien Encounter, etc.
5. Three Words: Vault Disney Channel
6. The Disney Channel would get rid of their continuous repeat showings of the same stuff, and I'd try and make a couple serious one-hour teen dramas (not all WASP dramas, but multigenerational multiethnic dramas).
7. Hilary Duff would be banned from Disney.
8. ABC Primetime, which seems to be doing better this year, would lose their reality shows (Bachelor, Extreme Makovers, Wife Swap, etc.), and make more good-quality sitcoms and dramas.
9. ABC Daytime...where to start. First, fire Brian Frons, Jill Farren Phelps, Bob Guza, Chuck Pratt, and Dena Higley. Then fire the actors that I just don't like (long list, won't bother typing out). Then hire quality writers and refocus their three soaps on the veterans, with the newbies still having some screentime (they'll end up being veterans anyway, so they still need to be on the show). Put a couple more soaps on the roster, revive a few canceled soaps (like Ryan's Hope and Edge of Night).
10. All Disney movies are released, none are barebones, and they're all in OAR. SOTS, which has been ignored too long, will get a commemorative 4-disc treatment like Gone With the Wind. Some bonus features would include: bonus-movie So Dear to My Heart, retrospectives, concept art, trailers, radio spots, making of, sing-along, cast biographies, tributes to the deceased actors, etc.

1. Play around with fixing the theme parks and with those that cant be saved I say "toodles" (*knocks down DisneyStudios and California Adventure*).
2. Get 2D animation going again. I will allow the animators to go at their own pace even if it takes 3 years to get it going again. We have to come back with a bang!
3. Dig up material so all the Disney Animated Classics can have high quality 2 disc DVD releases. The Lion King will have a three disc set and I'll call it, the ultimate-fantastic-mastic-superb-beats-platinumedition!!!
4. Have well organized DVD collections (I'm obessed with organization)
5. Kill ABC management (j/k) I'll just fix it
6. Reopen Disney Stores in major cities and provide a good variety of merchandise (provide online shopping in stores)
