the whole mad tea party scene in alice and wonderland- hysterical- made the movie

Currently one of my fav funny scenes is in aladdin... Whenever jafar calls Aladdin "Prince Abubu" I don't know why but it cracks me up everytime!!!
And ofcourse my all time favorite scene in the movie

sealightbreeze, that Cogsworth scene got the biggest laugh in the movie theater when I saw it on opening day, 1992...! Thanks for reminding me. I still laugh whenever I see that.
My big laugh is in Aladdin and the King of Thieves when Genie suddenly turns into Mrs. Doubtfire...I love when they do stuff like that.
I didn't know there were so many fans of Emperor's New Groove around. Is it true they're making a sequel?

OHHHH this is tough. I'd have to say the scene in Toy Story where Woody's in the back of the Pizza Planet truck getting the stuffing beaten out of them. In fact, the whole Pizza Planet truck is great.
WOODY: (mimicing Buzz:)'It's safer in the cockpit,' yeah right!
Another good one is in Cool Runnings where they're at the airport and none of them want to leave the airport when they see the blizzard. Great stuff

Theirs so many funny scenes in disney movies but one of the funniest has got to be in ENG when Kuzco (as a llama) and Pacha are in the wooods and he mimmicks him by saying "unless you change your mind i'm not taking you back" and then throws a rock at him and says "wut huh, someones throwing stuff, are you gonna build the fire or what?" 
Or the whole scene when he turns into a llama, especially the brocoli part when she says ihit him in the he-ead

funny scene
In the Princess Diaries, I liked where Clairesse is teaching Mia how 'we tuck one ankle behind the other and place the hands gracefully in the lap' and Mia tries to tuck one ankle behind and ends up falling off the chair. That and the whole dinner party scene.

Hey everyone, I'm new on this board, so I thought I would make a contribution.
I love pretty much anything Timon does, so I'm gonna try to steer away from that.
I like the deleted scene from "Lilo and Stitch" where Lilo is talking about how people treat her differently, but she explains it by telling a story about a bear named Toaster, and that he smells bad. I don't remember it all but it was pretty funny.
I also liked Morph in Treasure Planet when Jim is like, "Spider Psycho" and Morph turns into a tiny version of spider guy and says, "Spider Psycho" in this high pitch voice.
I also liked in Toy Story 2 where a little girl is like, "Oh, Look a puppy" And Slinky barks at her and she runs away screaming, or something like that. It was pretty funny.
Those aren't the funniest moments of all time, but they are ones that I recently saw that I thought were funny.

i agree that the emperor's new groove was pretty funny, however I felt that it just wouldn't have been without Izma. But the funniest disney movie. IMO, is the Great Mouse Detective. Every scene with Felicia is hilarious, especially when she spits out fidget! ALso, the scene where Fidget is trying to explain himself to Ratigan and imitates the dog! lol, that movie cracks me up every time I see it !
